Amazing little gem though the compound and activities get bigger and bigger each time I go there. You always want to come back, so beware of getting addicted to Sudaji and its people. This rural village area, the people, founder Zanzan and his amazing wife Putu... they take really good care of you without all the Western hotel stuff you...

I recently stayed at Omunity for a 7 day retreat, and loved it so much that I extended my stay beyond the retreat. The heart and soul of this place come from its vibrant, community-driven owners, ZanZan and Putu. This husband-wife team brilliantly coordinate the whole community to operate this little retreat center, engaging local women to do the cooking,...

I chose this lodge randomly for a short escape, but what a surprise ! Even it located very far away from Denpasar, must pass through the winding road, when arrived here we welcomed by friendly staff, and felt peace here. The room is small but still comfort. I met with the owner then he hosted delicious healthy dinner too. On...

Of all the places we visited in Bali and Gili islands, OmUnity was the one place I was most looking forward to - and cannot recommend it enough. I booked in, and only close to the date did I tell my husband that there was no TV, no air con - and all food was vegetarian. Needless to say, he...

My first stay at Om Unity was in May of 2014. I promised I would come back and I did. Om Unity is hOMe for me. Many do not know that Sudaji is the 3rd Eye of Bali and Om Unity is the perfect environment of unspoiled Peace and Spirit of Bali. Zanzan (founder, creator, owner) is amazing. He will take...

A very different experience but great and would stay again. Food was the best we had in Bali, all vegetarian and I'm no vegetarian. Great hosts who took us to some rapids and amazing waterfalls. Smaller rooms, but clean and a really nice experience.

We were are family of 7 and stayed for a week here. This is a village homestay - rooms are little more than basic with no airconditioning. There is a pool which is alright and the place is decently maintained. Room prices are low as well to match. Putu/Sansan are good hosts - what stood out for us was the...

If you are looking for an authentic Bali experience - look no further, OMunity is situated in untouched paradise. I had an “OM stay" in one of the traditionally built Bamboo house. Setting was beautiful, beds comfortable and it felt good to be staying an an eco-space. ZanZan who started OMunity is a fabulous host with a very clear mission...

Putu was our contact by email. Her husband Zanzan welcomed us and cared for us. And his mother Zunsee is the best balinese chef of vegetarian delights. The rooms are small but beautiful, the pool deliciously designed in the spirit of the zen gardens, and the environment while "kampung" (countryside) is elegant and relaxing.Definitely worth the stay and an excellent...

We stayed here while taking a class and it was a wonderful experience. The food is absolutely divine. The staff is warm and welcoming and you are made to feel part of the family. The pool is beautiful. The outdoor classroom space was really nice as well. The rooms on the main part of the property are in cabins made...

“Ask to be in a room on the main part. Because our group was large(20 people)a few people in our group ended up staying with local families off site and had a very different experience. Some of their accomodations did not have showers, or warm water. The rooms/cabins on the main part are very very nice. Some rooms have outdoor showers, some have indoor showers. Bring ear plugs if you are a light sleeper as the local dogs tend to bark all night and the roosters are quite loud as well. During the day it is very quiet and peaceful.”
