Dear Jotkam6, Thank you for sharing your experience during your stay at Mercure Resort Sanur. It such a pleasure to know that you have a pleasant stay with us. Knowing that you were enjoyed our swimming pool, beach and the food quality is truly rewarding. We pleased to inform that we do increase our investment in the resort’s buildings. Over the last few months we have focused on new bedroom tiles, bathroom tiles, wall painting and floor grouting. Apart from the room structure, we have been replacing our towels in the room, pillow, sun bed, parasol, and continuing upgrading our hotel facilities. Once again, thank you for sharing your feedback and we are looking forward to welcoming you back again in the close future. Sincerely, Eka Handayani Guest Experience Manager

Stayed with my parents at Mercure Resort for two weeks during Christmas holiday. The service was great and the staff was very helpful. Special thanks for the lovely waitress Marini, who made us feel like home.

Arrived at the Mercure for the second week of our family holiday. Oh, what a massive disappointment. First impression was that the place was a little run down. This was well and truly confirmed as we headed to our room. We are a family of 4 (2 adults, 10yr and 8yr old). Room

Anyone stayed in the “Executive” rooms and what are they like??
We stayed at the Mecure in Sanur back in July. It was 'OK' not fantastic, and we won't stay there again. We requested via our travel agent AND via Mecure in Sanur rooms X 3 together. Now this was several weeks 'prior' to our visit. Alas our request was NOT met. Breakfast was 'OK' nothing too fantastic. And once again needed attention. These issues were mentioned to the front desk. However, I'm sure fell upon deaf ears. So all I can say is make NO assumptions.......and u will not be dismayed.
