The hotel is beautiful and in a magical setting. The staff was all welcoming, but Andira at the fisherman’s club went above and beyond. She was welcoming, helpful, and provided great service. We went to the fisherman’s club daily just to sit in her section and enjoy a drink. Great restaurant and great staff.

I had a very pleasant experience at Andaz Bali.. Great architecture, spacious room, and nice ambience throughout the whole area. Great location to have a morning walk along Sanur Beach and catching sunrise. The staffs in Andaz are very attentive and have an excellent service. We requested rooms with connecting doors and their staff Bu Yunik and Lidya tried their best to accommodate our needs. We even forgot to mention that we were travelling with an elderly, so Bu Yunik and Lidya moved us to the rooms on the ground floor and we were thankful that the room they provided was disabled-friendly and have a direct view towards the Santhi Pool. The food we had in Andaz was a-ma-zing. Out of all the breakfast menu that we ordered, nothing was ordinary! We meet Chef Patrick from Blue Oven restaurant that told us much about Andaz. He even asked us to try Blue Oven restaurant that opens in the afternoon. We ordered everything that Chef Patrick recommend us: the red snapper, whole chicken, and pumpkin gnocchi. At first we thought that we ordered more than we can finish, but in the end we cleaned up our plate since everything were cooked to perfection.. It was one of the best Mediterranean food that we ever had, kudos Chef! Overall, we got nothing to complain during our stay.. Everything was just perfect. We would highly recommend Andaz to our friends & relatives and looking forward to our next stay in Andaz.…

We picked Andaz over Ritz and Kempinski and were not disappointed. We stayed in a suite with lagoon access and had a beautiful private pool to enjoy during our stay. The resort is dreamy and gorgeous and every spot within the resort is instagrammable. The breakfast is excellent, one of the best I've had in all my years of travels. I cannot commend the management and staff of Andaz enough for their exemplary service; they have done a great job in running the resort. Keep it up, Andaz!

At first I was adamant on trying new hotels, especially the over the top luxury hotels that does not exude the essence of Bali. But boy was I glad to be wrong on this one. Andaz's whole hotel ambience managed to encapsulate the very essence of Bali while making it fresh and set apart from the others. Beach was easily accessible from the hotel itself and the morning sun rise was pure serenity to experience. Thank you Andaz for making my 1st trip back to Bali in 5 years a memorable one🙏🏻

Andaz is the best hotel in Sanur. Best in service, best in breakfast menu, also best in their kids club and pool. Riding bicycle in the morning in the seaside of Sanur beach is very unforgetable moment, you can use the complimentary bicycle rent from the hotel. Love this hospitality, can’t wait to stay in Andaz again !

We just spent over a week at the Andaz and it did not disappoint. The property is gorgeous and beautifully designed. We stayed in a ground floor room by the Shanti pool and we loved the feeling of privacy. The breakfast is spectacular -- so many wonderful choices! The staff is very attentive and we felt well taken care of. The location is excellent on a lovely stretch of beach. This is one of the best hotels in Sanur.

The beautifuly set out grounds and structures immediately adjacent to a lovel beach was brilliant. Our apartment/room was exceptional and all food lovely. Do not miss the breakfast!! Every member of staff encountered was smiley, helpful and well spoken.

When you go to Andaz bali, go to lounge and meet Yuli. Her hospitality makes our trip most memorable. Will be back again definitely. Everyone will love her best smile and kindness. Love you all. Room was spacious, pool was clean. Pleasant morning walk. Best seafood in town at Fisherman's Club. Breakfast is superb.
