Lovely staff who allowed me to use their front desk phone to call Australian bank when I left ATM card in machine in Legian (big oops!) , could not beat the location, full of lots of Aussies, so felt safe on my own! Clean Indian Ocean to swim in, an hour away from beautiful diving spots, great cafes and restaurants...

Great older style resort right on the beachfront. Rooms are a little tired, but overall quite clean. Bed and pillows very comfortable.Staff are friendly and helpful. Breakfast is served in the beachside restaurant and whilst some may say not a lot of choice we found the quality to be good and very tasty. Excellent pools and we loved the swim...

Stayed here in late July. Fantastic staff, amazing beach position - very central. Gardens lovely and well maintained and rooms good though some sewage smells in the downstairs room (pipes not working coming from upstairs possibly?). The big downside is the main pool (there are two) - surrounded by huge trees it doesn't get sun at any time throughout the...

We have just returned from 9 nights at the Besakih resort, Sanur. Our room was upgraded to a bungalow down the street end of the resort, which suited us fine as there was no passing traffic heading past back and forward on their way to the beach, pools and breakfast. The rooms are a little tired but we were only...

We have just got back from our annual trip to the Besakih, and am sorry to say that after 6 years we will probably find somewhere else to stay next time. The people are still as lovely as ever, but the place is aging and we have noticed little things slipping, things like plates being left In the gardens for...

Excellent location on the beach, pool is fantastic & the staff are wonderful. Beds are great but- Rooms need upgrading as they are very old fashion & maintenance is required. (Bath took along time to drain & some loose tiles on the floor) We have stayed in this resort in the past & we love it but the rooms are...

We were very pleased with our stay for 6 nights her, finding the location great, staff friendly and helpful...especially when my husband requested a room change as not happy with being on second floor due to leg troubles so we were moved to one of the free standing ground level garden bungalows...very handy to lobby and going outside to shops...

Stayed here for 4 nights,it has lovely gardens, and is in a perfect location for Sanur shops and restaurants. Our standard room was no more than a cheap highway motel room, the bathroom had a blocked sink, grouting missing from tiles,a flush that would'nt turn off, etc, yes i think that means the rooms need a major make over.Choice at breakfast wasnt very good, nor was the...

Just got back from 4 nights at Besakih. We stayed in a Superior Bungalow which was quite, spacious and comfortable. The location is ideal - right on the beach and very close to shops etc . There is also terrifc views of the beach whilst lounging around the pool or sitting at the restaurant. The pool was nice and staff...
