The location is fantastic. Right in the heart of Sanur and on the beach side where sun loungers are for free and with a great bar which serves delicious food, coffees and drinks. The hotel has lovely gardens and lots of Balinese statues and shrines....More
The hotel is on a strip from the road to the beach. The rooms are old, but large, with good A/C. The bathroom was a bit dated.

The bad - Filthy, badly maintained, old, poor breakfast. The linen in my first day had weird stains, pillow cases had lipstick and…God knows what else and I guess I know why (see The Ugly). WI-FI is pure rubbish, to an extent to be unusable....More
I stayed here with my family (12 of us including 3 kids) and Ketut and other staff were accommodating to our needs and patient.
