Dedicated staff, cosy and confortable; very clean and dirct access to a well groomed public beach. Very nice and warm pool with towels and sunchairs, in a splendid environment. Good and cheap food at the restaurant ...

Interesting reading some of the recent reviews, as they mirror our own views. This is now the fourth year in succession that we have come here to Laghawa, and each year it looks and feels a year older. We wonder if there is any intention of a much-needed renovation, or whether it will ultimately be knocked down The location is... More

The staff is nice and helpful but not very efficient. The rooms are not luxurious but ok unfortunately they're very unclean. We had to request additional cleaning on arrival. A maid came with a dry towel, poured water on it and vaguely rubbed the bathroom sink and mirror and that was it! Cleaning products seem to be optional at best.... More

We stayed at the Laghawa for one night as our preferred hotel was booked out. The room was okay, but for $60 a night compared to others it was pretty poor. The bathrooms need renovating and our toilet didn't flush properly which we discovered throughout the night. The shower was pathetic. In the morning we had the complimentary breakfast and... More

Great pool and beach. But rooms are dark and not very clean. Bed sheets stained. Reception not so friendly. Breakfast included, just toast and eggs. But low price and close to the beach. Okay, but could be better.

Unfortunately, the room I checked into was very small, dark and dingy with a bathroom that was musty.I felt closed in and even though the aircon was good, there was no natural air flow and an air freshener kept on expelling a lemon scent every 20 minutes or so.Staff in the restaurant didn't look happy which is so unusual for Bali, but the breakfast... We returned to Laghawa Beach Hotel (7 July 2015) after holidaying with a group of 11 last July 2014. This hotel has some wonderful staff while maintaining a traditional Balinese flavour. Rooms are clean, and spacious, water is hot and the showers are great, although are in need of some renovation. Nonetheless we have roomed in far worse. The pool... More

We, a party of 13 stayed for a joint 40th and 60th birthday party. The staff were wonderful and allowed us to use the pool in their tranquil gardens for a party. While the hotel is aged, any call to housekeeping is deal with in minutes. The staff are superb and the gardens Devine.
