This was our second stay and once again we were delighted with the whole experience. It's a fabulous place to end a trip in Indonesia and the staff are obviously pretty passionate about where they work. We stayed in Padi Villa and asked for a late check-in which was accommodated at a reasonable charge (255 or the room for an...

Decided to visit for lunch whilst driving in the vicinity of Ubud. I had heard that this place was owned by the same people as Green Village and I wanted to see the bamboo construction. When you arrive at Bambu Indah you know you its something special and exotic. The buildings are beautifully contructed and unusual. The view out over...

This was our second stay. It really is a unique place. I think it best for 1 night just to "see" it. The view is really terrific. The food was really nice as well. The service is quite good, but not impeccable or anything close to that. The huts are all special. I highly recommend the walk in the valley,...

Food was excellent, the staff extremely attentive. However the place was filthy, the bugs beyond belief, the pool....you could not see the bottom...some sort of Eco thing, but, those who ventured in smelt when they came out! I understand the Eco stuff but when you are paying premium prices for something so very basic. Privacy was definitely an issue and...

Dear C-Seven, Thank you for spending the time to review us after your stay and helping us improve our guest’s experience. As we try our maximum to prevent from the bugs the most natural way with environmental friendly lotions and cleaning products, we are a totally open environment in the rain forest, and we try to not obstruct the natural...

After a hectic few weeks in Indonesia, it was wonderful to find a place to reconnect with nature and the countryside. This Hotel fitted the bill perfectly, the villas are spacious with fabulous views over this amazing property and the surrounding countryside. The staff are wonderful and we were served most meals on the terrace outside our villa, the staff...

Initially, it was quite difficult to locate due to small signs that are easily missed and our driver had to ask multiple people for directions. The accommodation is in a more secluded neighbouring area of Ubud and you'll need to take a 15 minute taxi to the main shops/restaurants in Ubud. But because of this the accommodation grounds have a...

We have been in Bali for two weeks and I booked this place, thinking that we would end our honeymoon trip with the best place. Not so. The rooms are expensive, and you would expect the best, but beneath the facade of absolute organic and green theme, the hotel rooms are basic - and i mean basic. It is also...

We didnt stay in their lovey bamboo bungalows just came to eat and explore. This place is incredibly designed, serene, and situated with a spectacular view of the mountains and river. Individual bungalows are nestled in the trees surrounded by organic gardens. Restaurant is covered but completely open to the views. Menu was simple, indonesian and western. Beef burgers were...

Truly, this is one of the best places I have ever stayed in all of my travels around the world. I stayed in the smallest of the houses (Kuda House), and it was definitely a bit cramped and dark, but there is absolutely no reason to stay in the room at any point, anyway. The staff were all incredibly kind,...
