ubud has become very busy over the last years. The jalan Bisma where this hotel is located is still a dead end street for cars though, this makes it possible to walk on the street without being scared to be hit all the time. There are some nice restaurants on this street, supermarket, still some ricefields, everything you need. And... More

I really enjoyed my stay there! For the price, the room is all I wanted! Plus, the staff is very kind and helpful. There is also the breakfast included, eggs and fruit and pancake. I'll definitly come back again!

Very nice hotel, stayed in standard room and found it very clean and well appointed with stylish furnishings and fresh flowers scattered around room daily. Breakfast very good and included. Lovely small pool to cool off in. Only problem I found was noise from next door room as walls very thin. Can be difficult to get a good night's sleep.... More

We stayed due to my friends recommendation. And I will definitely suggest it to my friends! It's beautifully designed and very nicely maintained. Very pleasant to hang out. It's further in on one of the bigger streets, not the busiest one, so quiet but walkable to everywhere. Room is spacious with balcony. Very clean and with good air circulation. Breakfast... More

We stayed here for a few nights and were very happy with the choice. The staff is very kind, the rooms are clean and nicely furnished (AC, TV, fridge) and the breakfast delicious (fresh juice included). Also, the cottage is located on a road that is (fortunately) less noisy than the main roads of Ubud.

We had such a great stay here at Uma Sari Cottage! The room was nice, and decorated with fresh frangipani, bike rental was quite cheap, and the location was really good. The best thing about this place though was the staff, they went above and beyond to give great service, making sure they knew us both by name and would... More

This is my second visit to Uma Sari. The 1st was 5 years ago and there are the same people working here! So nice to see them again, lovely guys :-) This is the best value place I've found in Ubud. (I've stayed in at least eight B&B's here over the years and looked at many more) The other recent... More

Stayed for 2 nights in early December. Very happy with the room, bed was queen and super comfortable, hot water and a bathtub, no bugs in the room. Very clean and great staff. Must try the banana and pineapple Pancake!

Excellent location- nice quaint cottages overlooking the rice paddies. If possible, request one of the suites overlooking the paddies. The best part about this place was the staff- went above and beyond expectations!

“The 4 superior rooms at the back of the hotel and by the pool are the best. The ones on the upper floor are probably best for views and not having any one above scraping chairs on the floor etc.”

“We took a standard room whereas our friends took a superior room - the difference is more than just fan/ac, the superior rooms are much brighter with floor-to-ceiling windows opening onto a terrace, and have nice furniture. But standard is quite OK too.”
