This is an exceptional hotel,never have o had such excellent care from such kind ,friendly,and thoughtful people from the front desk,the restaurant ,special thank you to our waiter ,Joni. Even the cleaners were great- It was my husbands birthday and we found our bed beautifully decorated with rose petals!. The hotel was exceptionally clean and we had fresh sheets and towels every day,plus bottled water and a fruit bowl l Because the surrounding gardens was fogged with insect spray, there were no mosquitos! Breakfast was included,and you could have it any time up to 10pm! What a great idea! The food in the restaurant was delicious,and we did a cookery class which was an amazing experience. Sunrise yoga was a great way to start the day, then a gym session with great equipment,then a swim in the pool. The only drawback with the location was the lack of footpath and a 5 minute drive to central Ubud and the market,which we did just once. But there is enough to do here, Balinese dancers twice a week, live music most nights and just relaxing by the pool was enough. The hotel also can arrange trips around the area to see the rice paddies and waterfalls. A great way to start our holiday and relax. Were leaving tomorrow, but we will be back. A huge thank you to all the lovely staff here.

Perfect from start to finish. We booked directly on the hotels website and as we were staying for 4 nights our rate included some bonus inclusions including a valuable arrival transfer (we came from Bingin). Firstly the reservations team was fantastic and they were quick to respond to queries, and had a clear understanding of our requests. Secondly our transfer from Bingin with the lovely Suma was excellent. So friendly, a great driver, a spacious and immaculate air conditioned vehicle with cold water and cookies provided. Our transfer was so good we decided to book our departure transfer to Nusa Dua through the hotel rather than use Gojek as planned. Suma was again our driver and again the transfer was excellent. Thank you Suma!! The lovely Made checked us in and she very kindly arranged for our room to be changed from ground floor to a higher level (ground floor was a little musty after recent rain). We much preferred our Rice Field room on the higher floor- no musty smell, more light, great view). Made was so warm and friendly (as were all staff) and we loved our regular chats with her. The location was central and was a real positive for us. Not as hectic as Monkey Forest Rd and surrounding streets but still a reasonable variety of shops, mini-marts, restaurants and spas on Jalan Bisma. Pistachio was fantastic and we dined here 3 out of 4 nights. Breakfast was delicious and the daily complimentary afternoon tea was lovely. The pool was amazing with the most pristine jungle and mountain views and on a clear evening the sunset was lovely. Best of all without exception every member of staff was lovely and we were acknowledged by every single person we walked past or approached. Such a credit to the hotel and hospitality at its best. We stayed at Adiwana Suweta last year which was also amazing. The only reason we switched hotels was for a different experience which we got in many ways however impossible to pick a favourite as both properties are fantastic!

Afternoon tea was always provided, and I liked that they paid a lot of attention to the cleanliness of the room by cleaning the room more than twice a day, whereas most accommodations clean the room once a day. When you want to clean, just hang the bamboo bucket on the hook outside the door and indicate that you want it cleaned, and it will be cleaned at any time. The breakfast provided was delicious and there was a performance during dinner...Good. From what I remember, there is a fireworks show held in the restaurant every Tuesday during dinner time. It was our first visit to Ubud and we couldn’t have chosen a better place to stay. The Adiwana Bisma is a luxury resort hotel which offers a high quality facility with impeccable customer service. The location is perfect, on a side street away from the heavy traffic yet walking distance to the Main Street with its restaurants, shops, and entertainment. The hotel is beautifully designed and ultra clean. It has a nice infinity pool with a fantastic view of the jungle valley. The setting and surroundings creates a very peaceful feeling. We went to their fabulous fire dance dinner show our first night there. The BBQ dinner was very delicious; the dancers performed both traditional and fire dances which were so entertaining. As much as the facility impressed, what really made for a memorable experience was the outstanding customer service. Laura, who checked us in, always greeted us with a smile and pleasant conversation whenever we walked by the front desk. Her smile and friendly demeanor made us feel so welcomed. Made and Arya always made an effort to greet and chat with us and provide any support we needed. All the restaurant staff who supported the fire dance dinner, breakfasts, and afternoon teas, such as Ayu, April, Gusti, and Komang to name a few were all so friendly and pleasant which made all our meals so enjoyable. We noted that everyone from housekeeping to groundskeeping always greeted us with a smile and hello whenever we passed by. All of this made for a truly memorable stay at Adiwana Bisma Ubud and we will definitely stay there again and recommend it to others!

We came to spend a few days at this hotel for our honeymoon, it was our first time in Bali and we will surely return one day. The attention of the staff in general is 10. They had decorated our room for the bride and groom and we loved it when we saw it. They clean the rooms twice a day if you want, breakfast is not an open buffet but a menu and they serve it like in a restaurant, you can also have breakfast in the room or floating breakfast in the pool. The pool has an infinity effect and it is very good to spend the day in it. The hotel offers you different activities and you decide what you want to do, in our case we had a romantic dinner on the pool floor, the decoration was spectacular and they make you feel very special, attached photo. We will certainly return and we recommend it 100% for newlyweds or simply spending a few different days in a place as wonderful as Ubud-Bali. We appreciate all the attention from Aria and the entire team of staff, you are great.

The 200 characters that trip advisor provides would not be enough to describe how you are in this Resort. The staff is attentive to the customer on a manic level, we were cleaned the room without asking several times a day, they are smiling helpful, talk to you and put you at ease wondering if and everything is okay every time they see you. Great location, two steps and you are in the center of Ubud area that I prefer in Kuta much more touristic and full of temples even small very beautiful, you breathe a nice energy. The rooms are huge, with every comfort beautiful and luxurious as is the whole structure. At the spa you are from God not to mention the restaurant you are not bound to any time for breakfast you can eat from 7 to 23, all natural and freshly prepared km0 products, with vegetarian and vegan choices. The jungle infinity pool is surreal, I would have stayed there forever 🤣 A paradise

The hotel is in a very central location so it’s easy to get to anywhere you’d ever need. The rooms are very clean, it’s serviced twice a day. The rooms have everything you will need, not to mention the bar is stocked with drinks and snacks free everyday and they even give you fresh fruits too! The infinity pool is not the biggest however, it has the most amazing view and there’s always sunbeds available. However, what I think made our stay even more special are the staffs at Adiwana Bisma. They go out of their way to help the guests and are always smiling. Laura came to see us when we were having breakfast and asked us what time we were planning to check out and if we needed any help, upon learning that we were planning to leave early she made sure to make a note to have us a packed breakfast ready for us to take with. I cannot thank everyone at Adiwana Bisma enough for making our stay memorable!!

My husband and I returned last week after a 1 week (7 nights) stay at Adiwana Bisma. The hotel and staff exceeded our expectations in terms of overall customer care & service, food, friendliness, upkeep and general likeness of the property. This is a great hotel/ resort and location for walkers and those who love to get out and about to explore Ubud and the neighborhood w/o needing a taxi or scooter. The location is still in a quiet space away from the Ubud crowds and stores and yet just steps away from shops, restaurants and marts. This is a simplistic yet elegant hotel with all the standard amenities on property - restaurant, pool & spa - that are of great quality. The Pistachio restaurant on property is especially amazing with a delicious spread, and the breakfast each morning was our highlight of the day.
A huge shout out to the team & staff at Adiwana - Laura, Arya and Made - you made our stay feel like a home away from home. The service and the willingness to help with any and all requests we made was outstanding. I love to get my workouts in the morning but the gym at Adiwana was under construction last week. The staff offered to bring dumbbells and yoga mat for me to the yoga room across from the gym so I could workout. They happily set this up for me for 3 days, and I truly appreciate the effort. We did early morning tours for 2 days, at 3am and 4am, and they prepared a light breakfast for us to take away, which was so helpful and it was great to have good food available on the go.
Ubud is a hub of some fantastic and high-end resorts and homestays with probably fancier and more modern rooms & villas with private pools etc. However with Adiwana we lucked out, as we got a simple yet modern hotel and room with all great amenities needed - perfect for us as we love being outdoors and exploring the place vs. staying in and lounging in a huge villa. The traditional vibe at Adiwana was just right for us and the rice fields in the backdrop was comforting, cozy and homey. Their customer service outdid all of this - thanks Adiwana Bisma!

We had a phenomenal stay at Adiwana Bisma. The staff we very respectful, helpful and accommodating to all our needs. We had a garden view room which was spacious and clean. The staff cleaned our room twice a day and ensured all toiletries water and soft drinks were topped up. Our stay included breakfast which gave us a variety of options and courses.
We would definitely stay here again! We loved every bit of it.

Stayed at the Adiwana Bisma for three nights. The entire stay was delightful. Very friendly staff and had no issues with communication.
Included breakfast is really generous and can be redeemed all day including in-room. Would recommend the bali coffee or an iced jasmine. Pistachio in general is a pretty good restaurant.
Infinity pool on the roof can get popular and theres not many lounges so get in quick.
Rooms clean (pretty sure they cleaned our room twice per day), air con is strong, shower is large, and have bottles of water provided for drinking and brushing teeth.
The resort covers all the bases, is on a relatively quiet street and only like 15minwalk from the monkey forest or 20ish from the main street. Also 1 min from a convenience store and a laundry (although they can also do laundry).
