The place is fine and clean, breakfast is not particularly good, and the owner is pushy and becomes much less nice if you do not book a driver with her. We were happy when we got there but after 6 days we were relieved to leave.

We really enjoyed our stay at Sensasi Ubud! Nice location near the Monkey forest, coffee, food, shopping easily accessible from here. The staff is very nice and there is an adorable "watch dog." The patio behind our room looked out on a rice field and in front our doors opened out to a garden. We definitely recommend it.

Ibu Kadek provides the ultimate homestay experience in Ubud! Sweet, caring always smiling. Lots of tips on to where to go, get good local food etc. A real homestay from home and conveniently located in Hanoman street opposite Kafe where the teas are great.

Stayed here three nights in late December 2014 and loved it! I actually only stumbled upon this cute little spot while walking down the street from Artini 2 Cottages. While Artini 2 was really nice and had a very modern feel, I wanted something more "homey". So happy I found this place after walking down the road and looking at... More

We enjoyed are stay. The rooms are clean and cosy. Breakfast is included, and coffee and tea is available at all times. The rooms on the ground floor have two terraces, one with a view on the rice paddies and one with a view on a beautiful garden. The staff is very helpful. We would recommend this place.

Originally me and my partner were only going to stay for a few days, this turnt into a week. The rooms are spacious, warm and comfortable. Our room didn't overlook the rice paddie but the view of the garden was just as beautiful. The family/staff are very accommodating and hot water in the room is great for late night coffees.... More

I was wandering around Ubud and saw the sign for this place advertising "View of rice paddy" so I went to check it out. The building is large, the rooms are what you would find in a hotel and the view is just amazing. I was looking over a rice paddy! The rooms were very clean and breakfast is included.... More

We booked Sensasi online and were nervous as we approached...it looked as though it was going to be on a very busy street. But it is an oasis, away from the street, overlooking a rice field. It's very clean, the staff leaves hot water for tea or coffee, and breakfast is delivered to the room. Reasonable rates. Highly recommended!

The staff at Sensasi were so accommodating and sweet. I had tea waiting for me every morning on my porch, the view over looking the rice paddy field was beautiful, the courtyard which my front porch overlooked was equally as gorgeous, and the place is centrally located. A great stay and for a great price.

This is my second visit to Ubud, so I know my way around a little bit. I found this most wonderful set of rooms in an ideal location (for me, as a writer, health food and yoga enthusiast). It is half way up Hanoman street, equidistant from Radiantly Alive and Yoga Barn yoga studios, and surrounded by delicious vegetarian (and... More
