Absolutely loved this hotel and it's in a great location in Ubud. Wish we had stayed longer to enjoy the spa and just to be there to enjoy the atmosphere. Breakfast was good and plentiful. Be prepared for a lot of steps.

Inexperienced massage therapists. Overpriced. Damp. Made to lie on table in cold with no interaction from “therapist”. Facial products smelt like acetone and rubbed in eye with a cloth that smelt like dirty socks.

Victoria, this is one of the reasons why we preferred to book at other spas. The personnel's level of training at this resort is sub-par, so I assume this is also valid for spa staff. If you want the best experience book at... More
