Eka's location is great. In the center of Ubud a 3 minute walk from the Ubud palace and about a 15 - 20 minute walk away from the monkey forest. The place resembles a temple from the outside. The rooms are big and we hade one with a flush toilets to our delight. The beds are big enough. The room... More

Eka's is situated on a very good positions, 200m far from the royal palace and the two main temples. The owner and his family live in, the environment is very suggestive and typical. They are always available to give help to organize things like renting a scooter, visiting the rise fields, watching a topical Balinese dance (they sell tickets for... More

I really like this homestay. For the price it was absolutely perfect. The room was clean, the beds comfortable and the setting was awesome! Nice little bungalows in a lush, green setting. Relaxed and quiet even though it's very central. The host family makes it a super place. They are friendly, caring and just sweet. The breakfast is served on... More

This is such a sweet place, quiet, tranquil, and really relaxing. The staff are super helpful, and each morning they bring breakfast to your patio! It's great to feel that luxury for only $20 USD (approx.) per night! The only criticism is of the dog--cute, but very barky. The room was nice--not luxurious, but simple, and pretty clean, albeit a... More

Ekas Homestay was perfectly located and just minutes from the ubud city center, monkey forrest, temples, museums shops and restaurants. Although just few minutes away feom jalan raya Ubud the homestay rooms are tucked away off the main street (located at jalan Sriwedari) and the setting is tranquil with a stunning balinesse architecture elements and lots artistic sculptures. Set in a tranquil temple-ish garden are several bungalows with spacious simple rooms. Room was okay, not very atmospheric but clean and sufficient. Very good hot shower. Breakfast was the standard toast/eggs/pancakes/fruits, but well prepared. Owners are very friendly and helpful (good motorbikes for rent). All in all very good value.

Eka's homestay was absolutely wonderful. Pasac and his wife are so friendly and feel like your parents while you are there. The rooms are clean and comfortable and have great porches to relax on (don't forget to wear your bug spray at night though!). The home is a traditional Balinese home and you truly feel like you're staying in a... More

This lovely homestay guest house is run by a family who have their own temple in the gardens and it is beautiful. The accommodation is basic but adequate for the price. We were made very welcome and luckily for us the husband is also a drummer for a music group who perform for the dancing in The Royal Palace. We... More

I chose to stay at this stunning guesthouse for one week and could not have been happier with my experience. A true Balinese home run by a very welcoming family who are all full of smiles and happy to offer advice on things to do and places to see. My room was very spacious with a ceiling fan, huge double... More

Ekas place is in a bustling part of Ubud, so it's very easy to walk to all the sites from here. The rooms are not particularly noisy though. It's a nice experience staying in a family compound and gives a great insight into typical Balinese family life. Rooms are no frills, which is reflected in the price. The owner plays... More
