The room was really great. with a terrace. There is a pool, nice garden, a quiet place in the middle of Ubud city. The stuff was every time really lovely and helpful. The breakfast is good with fresh fruits, omelette...When you want them to clean the room you can tell them. So its never dirty.

The hotel location is great, the staff were lovely and so helpful. The bathroom was awful the bath was rotten the room was full of bugs, there were cracks all around the bath, the sink was filthy, the bathroom needs redoing and you need to put some mosquito nets up in the rooms, we were eaten alive at night.

We made reservation for "Deluxe" room, but they took us to superior room without any explanation. The room was dirty, the floor was bumpy, noisy when we walk, dark, and the cockroach in the bathroom... We complained to change to deluxe room which suppose to stay, but they said already someone using. It was unacceptable, so we only stay one...

Friendly staff and nice pool area but it is the filthiest hotel i have ever stayed in. The mould and grime in my bathroom was so thick it was obvious it had not been cleaned in a long time. I even checked that it came clean easily with only tissues soap and water. Floors was poorly swept but not mopped,...

With a little effort this could be a real gem in a convenient location with quiet surroundings and a lovely pool. The rooms were big and clean but run down. Not all the lights were working in our room, it had a deafeningly loud exhaust fan and the hot water didn't always work. Staff were friendly but didn't really seem...

The front desk and people who worked here were very friendly and helpful but when we got to our room we were very disappointed. It was covered in dead bugs and there was no glass in the window in the bathroom meaning there were live bugs and lizards coming in. Ubud is in the jungle and we expected bugs outside...

Friendly staff, quiet street, easy walk to most attractions make it a great place to stay in Bali. The pool is lovely and delightful after tiring day. Staff will book taxis and attractions such as massage and cooking classes. I have stayed for a week and would be happy to stay longer. It is not fancy, but the price is great.
