We had a great stay at Bhuwana. They have a beautiful pool area and grounds that are close to some rice fields. Every day at 7AM they offer a complimentary 30-45 min walking tour of the rice fields. Additionally, they have complimentary breakfast and afternoon tea time. They make delicious fresh fruit/veggie juices and their staff is very friendly and... More

We, (myself, my wife and 18yo son) have just returned from 9 nights at this Hotel and are ready to go back already. We cannot speak highly enough of this Hotel. Everything from our first contact through Expedia to our unexpected farewell gift was handled with such caring and class. The location is great. A mere 2 km from Ubud... More

The food is below average & that's why not 5 stars from me. No alcohol or smoking which was a surprise ...but that's okay. Quiet place, staff ate lovely. The rooms are western, spacious. I did have upset tummy the whole time we were there & I question how they make their ice (doubt it's from bottled water). Fantastic pool.... More

Before going looking for Komodo Dragons stayed here for four nights. Rooms were spacious, gardens beautifully layed out and the staff were so obliging. A little away from Ubud centre but provided quiet after the bustle of Ubud.

I was spending 3 days in Bali, and was seeking a hotel away from the tourist beaches. I found a deal on Hotels.com and decided to give it a shot for $50 USD a night. I was quite surprised with the services. The hotel staff were very friendly, and always greeted me. I am a simple eater so the breakfast... More

We stayed at Bhuwana Hotel in Ubud. It was delightful. Clean large rooms. Lovely gardens. Staff were friendly and the food was really good. I had a massage in the spa which was really good. We had rooms on the 2nd floor nice views of the garden. A little noisy though. The cleaners start sweeping early and if people check... More

Two of us arrived at Bhuwana late Sunday evening. We weren't quite sure what to expect, having made the booking through Expedia. We were quite surprised to be dropped at a rather large, and grand open lobby. From there we were taken through the grounds which were very lush and well maintained. Our room was large, very clean and adequately... More

The hotel has lovely rooms, grounds and pool. The staff are friendly and there is a free shuttle bus service, on request, to / from the centre of Ubud. The hotel offers lots of healthy drinks (no alcohol) and food. A great place to relax.

This was our second stay at Bhuwana and thoroughly enjoyed it. We had a group of 7 ranging from 9yrs - 60yrs and everyone had a fantastic time. The rooms were clean and spacious and the views from the balcony were incredible. The gardens are beautiful and the view of the rice fields were gorgeous, especially at sunrise/sunset. It's a... This is a good hotel with lovely grounds. The complimentary tea/coffee and cake in the afternoon by the poolside was a nice touch although the quality of cake varied. The pool was a good size for swimming and food in the restaurant was fine. There was a good choice of food at breakfast. This is good hotel for relaxing after... More
