We had the worst nightmare staying there for 3 nights! We didn't expect much for the amount of money we paid since it was considered cheap, but just imagine you enter a bathroom that looks like it's never been cleaned! The stains on the toilet floor and wall, in the toilet bowl, pipe, curtain, mirror (I feel like to puke while writing this!) Basically the whole toilet is sickening that we have to request them to clean it up once again while we went out for dinner. But the stains were still there (permanent stains because they didn't clean properly. Probably only spray water everywhere) and never get to be removed away. Disgusting! The lift is slow, but the rest was ok.

Good location. Friendly staff & even the security officer. Some spots on the hotel are good for taking pictures: front room near the front office, resto, terrace, and so. Nice food. The price really fits the value. The rooms are clean.

Stayed for 1 night only, I love the paintings in the lobby area cause full of art, you able to see my picture, for the room you have to choose balcony room I love the weather from the outside, reception so humble and told me the stories of the hotel. 1 minus thereis'nt the phone in the room you have to walk to corridoor but it's OK. The room, breakfast and the view are worth with the price. I hope will stay again. Thanks for the services

We only stayed for one night. We liked the Lobby Concept, there are spots which really instagram able. The lift need to be upgraded for safety reason. The Carpet Corridor, needs to vacuum more often ( i mean once a day) coz, it was really dusty & so many dirt. The Breakfast was good, enough for 2 stars hotel. The sheet, pillow case & towel need to be replaced once a year. We got a room, which you can't switch off the Exhaust Fan on the toilet, without make the lights out (one spot in front of the toilet), need to be fixed. Overall it was great the tranquil & the ambience.

+ The reception area was decorated well and it was unique. + Take time for check-in. + The deluxe room with balcony, didnt seem exactly as shown in pictures. It was smaller. However, everything worked in the room. It would have been nice, if there were chairs at the balcony. + Great location near Setiabudi & Cihampelas Area. + friendly staff around. - Fully booked ( +++ and they change our room to Suite Room ! FOC ) - Breakfast finished fast by 8am and there was replenishment.
