First and last time staying here. Pros: Easy to find food. So many restaurants and cafe around. Room was clean. Bathroom also clean. Cons: Stayed in suite room for four person and each had 2 sets of pillows, one was nice and fluffy but the other one was like boxing punching bag. So hard and stiff. Breakfast was terrible. And the worst part was the suite was on the top floor. At 3am four of us woke up and heard like someone running around above us and it happened about 30-40 minutes. In the morning we asked one of the staff whats up there and is there another room or staff room and he just grin and smile then left us.

Booked the family suite which comes with 2 queen size beds, sofa, rain shower, complimentary minibar. Quite spacious for me and my friend, only no rack to place your luggage. Friends who booked the deluxe room had space to place luggage, but the bathroom was different and no sofa/minibar. Breakfast was ok, can explore the cafes outside hotel. The location is just 2min walk from main road, so it's quieter and less traffic noises at night. 5min walk to supermarket and some eateries. But maybe not recommended for single female travellers as the small lane can be rather quiet at times, and not very well lit, with no footpath. Staff were friendly, but spoke very basic English. Overall, stay was pleasant and value for money.

My second stay, and the stay was even better. The staffs are as friendly as I can remember, and I was honestly surprised that the owner actually remembered me after all these years. The room was very spacious, the owner was very generous to upgrade me to the bigger room on the top floor. The snack basket was very welcoming too. I was given a few more tips as I haven't been to this fine city for a while and the location that is just close to everything is very handy. Thank you again for a very memorable stay.

The staffs were great. I did last minute change with my booking and they were so helpfull. Clean room and very good breakfast. The only suggestion, they should put amenities for 3 people for their triple room. I will recommend this hotel for my other colleagues
