A rather poorly maintained guesthouse. Due to dense traffic the restaurant was closed when we arrived, but the staff was willing to get some food for us nearby which we ate on our beautiful balcony. The noise of the river seems to threaten a good night's sleep, but in the end it was not. The beds were very much worn...

Before you read the rest of this review, and in case you are already staying at GG house, make sure you can leave the place on the day you are planning to do so. On Saturdays, the road is closed for traffic down the mountain after 9 am, cause so many people from the cities want to go up! We...

Its a simple Guest house with a nice micro-location. Close to the river. Rooms are actually ok, food is basic, but ok too. The staff and owner are friendly, the pool fine. The main disadvantage (and therefor only 2 points) of the guesthouse is its location. As mentioned in another experience, it is close to a road which is made...

I knew this place since 1997, and I still love it. I always have productive moment everytime I stay here. The facilities are quite basic but provides good quality of internet connection. Nice to have sound of river stream when lay down.

After being stuck in a terrible traffic jam we arrived at around 8 o'clock (on Christmas day) and where looking forward to a nice meal only to discover that te restaurant was closed. The only thing they said they could offer us was some melon! Unfortunately there is nothing else within walking distance so we made due with some sultana's....

I stayed here for 2 nights, the hotel has beautiful western style pavilions on two floor, all with excellent views over gardens or the pool. The room really are luxury and very spacious with lovely very stylish bathrooms. The central Dining room is a huge, high traditional Javanese wooden room. My only criticism, is the lack of sound proofing between...

Basic guesthouse located outside of Bogor. If you want to visit Bogor count quite some traveltime due to the endless traffic jams. In the weekends it really becomes a nightmare. They close the road and make it a one way street for a couple of hours. If you are a minute late you have to wait for two hours... The...

A very simple guest house, the wildlife in our bedrooms were gekko's, ants and mosquitos. There were holes in the sheets. The view was nice, but for the rest it was not good standard. The food was eatable, simple breakfast. In september you might just visit the dollmaker in Bogor, the botanical garden was dry and no flowers. If we...

We arrived after a long flight from Amsterdam. First a visit to the old harbour of Jakarta and a drink at Café Batavia. We arrived in the dark. Welcome drink and very friendly staff. The rooms are simple and realy need to be renovated. Dinner is very good, breakfast is poor. Made a lovely trip through the kampong and ricefields....

The place is really really ok. Nothing special, but quite social with its outside area. Wifi is pretty good for bali. Breakfast not included and varies between 15.000 (toast) and i think about 60.000 for big breakfast. Which is like a little more than1 euro and 4. Rooms are ok, beds are noisy because of the bamboo frame. Thereis one...
