This is by far the worst experience staying at the hotel. First the cleanliness of the bed was terrible.Molds everywhere and smell dusty. I have requested the bed cover to be changed, but it took a long timem. Then the worst part is the lights went blacked out for almost 4 hours. Such a shame since the building is not bad

We called at about 10 in the morning, asking if we could have an early check-in. The hotel said that we couldn't check into the hotel before 2pm, and that they have strict rules about that. We then came at 3pm, but ridiculously, had to wait another 30 mins so they can make sure our room was ready and perfect. The hotel is quite good. It's located about 20-30 mins from the city center of Bogor. We had a one-night stay at the Deluxe Park/Garden View Room. Room was clean, amenities were fine. The bathroom door-matt was worn-out, towels should be replaced with new ones as well. It's a family-friendly hotel, with a pool suitable even for kids. Unfortunately, there were some families with kids that were being very noisy. The kids were running and shouting around while we're trying to get some sleep. Breakfast was fine, although the food was not special. There were some ants crawling on one of the dish (grilled chicken). I told one of the staff about it, hoping they would replace them with new ones, but that never happened. Overall, the stay was ok as we got a more than 50% discount from Traveloka. However, there are other hotels that provide more values and better stay experience for the same normal rates.…

When coming to this hotel, we was going through bamboo forest (just a little) and we saw the small river. This hotel has unique building that has "ijuk" as its roof. In Indonesia we use "ijuk" as material for broom. The swimming is near the restaurant. The key to the room using manual key. The bedroom and toilet are clean. I have no time to check for the free Wi-Fi on the room, but on the meeting room, they provide free Wi-Fi.
