I stayed 2 nights in 2 bedroom pool view. The first day was enjoyable, the employees were friendly and helpful, I had difficulty setting up the wifi on my laptop, helped by FO staff on Saturday morning, January 13 2024. However, on the second day we were disappointed, because of the crowd of guests, we were in room 2220 and could only have breakfast starting at 08.30 [2nd session according to photo]. When we arrived at the restaurant, only 1 of my child's favorite menu was left and someone else took it, we asked for a refill, they said it was no longer produced. How is that possible? We adhere to the breakfast schedule and we have just entered the second session. My child wanted a croissant filled with chocolate, but he was given another pastry with chocolate on the outside, which was very different from the croissant that was run out. The hotel should be able to calculate the number of visitors, and by dividing breakfast hours it should not ignore the satisfaction of guests who come in the second session. I've been here twice and never get bored. One of the hotels that I think is super complete but the price is really worth it. The strategic location is in the middle of the city so it's not difficult to find a restaurant or mall. From the beginning of arrival all the staff greeted me very friendly, health protocols were strictly implemented. The cleanliness of the room and the entire hotel area was perfect, when I needed help the staff came quickly. At breakfast time we were greeted and served extraordinarily friendly by mba Rika and her friends, the variety of the varied food menu and the delicious taste of the food added value to the convenience of this Batu Tulis restaurant. Due to the pandemic conditions, food collection was assisted by restaurant staff to keep all food clean and hygienic.
