Highly recommend hotel in Surabaya. The mattress was amazing, feels as though I’m sleeping on cloud and like a Baby. The Location is great, only 5 minutes walk to Surabaya Plaza Shopping Mall and WTC Electronics Shopping Mall.

The hotel is fantastic.. worth the money.. Devy as Guest Relation is warn and freindly. The room is clean, the beds are super comfortable, the hotel interior are goregeous. The breakfast buffet are tasty and have wide variety from western menu to local foods ranging from trditional Jamu to local deliccies. Overall, will be looking foward to stay here on my next trip.

favorite hotel in Surabaya. And the quality has not changed...still the best. The staff were very friendly and helpful. We have to specifically mention ibu Devy from the Front Office, who was exceptionally kind and helpful, making sure that our room was comfortable. There was also pak Jacob Food variety and quality were fantastic... Room was very clean. Staying in a hotel with a baby can be challenging, but the staff was very quick to respond whenever we needed something extra in our room. Our eldest daughter simply loves the swimming pool and playground. All in all, the staycation was great. What makes Grand Dafam exceptional for us, though, has always been the smiling faces and helpful hands of the staff.

The service start from entering the gate "welcome to Grand Dafam" and Devy as guest relation welcoming also help us to check in counter The lobby seems full on that day.
