I am first time in Surabaya. I have decided to stay at Ibis Surabaya City Center Hotel and it was correct decision. To be honest, I am very thankful to the staff at reception. Mr Deo and Miss Ria, these guys helped me a lot. They were very friendly, responsive and always ready for help. Breakfast was amazing, big choices of indonesian cuisine. This hotel is located in the heart of Surabaya. Staffs are helfull and kind.Lobby, Toilet and room are clean, thank you. Special credit to restaurant team. They are ready 10 minutes before the breakfast time. The food are simple but the taste are excellent.

Love to experience a day at Ibis Surabaya City Centre hotel with super hospitable staff from security to receptionist and other staff. Ria the receptionist is so friendly and quick at the process. She also made a quick follow up to guest's request. Dicky is another friendly staff delivering service obviously from his Heart. He connected emotionally with guest through his small chat and great assistance for help. It is so obvious that the service at this hotel is genuine and not scripted. Thumb up to Pak Ngurah the GM who leads the team so well to inspire all the team to deliver great service. All the best

Overall experience was good; however, mugs in the room were dusty and seemed unwashed or from being wiped with dirty cloth. The room surely is not big, hence, it is important to pay attention on small details of the cleanliness inside every room.

Good place , so comfortable. The staff is so friendly and very helpfull especially ms.ria at receptionst , she has helped me a lot , thankyou so much. The room is clean & comfort , and the breakfast is so good , so many menu and overall is delicious. Kinda love this hotel , GOOD JOB IBIS.

Stayed from 22 to 25 July 2022 The front desk team is great, they are attentive and helpful. To Mr Dicky, Ms Melinda & Mr Teguh (the front desk) thank you for the help with various requests and questions we had. Our initial room had a smoking smell but was quickly changed to another better room. I would say that room is on the smaller side but they are comfortable and clean.
