I booked the executive suite, because from what I saw on the internet I can see the view from the bathtub. But apparently they put a sticker on the window so I couldn't see anything. I also had problems with the door's key. I had to try several times to open the door. But overall, it was okay.

I spend one night at this hotel with my friends as we are looking for affordable yet quite good hotel. During our stay, the staff was so helpful and care. Especially the Valet parking service. But yeah I think the parking area should be extended. It was so peak and there is no place to park.

I think quest hotel is vert cozy and Satisfie place, far from trafic jam, very nice crew, and has delicious breakfast. Its importan near from my office and other local bussines, safety parking lot, but to bad for swimming pool is not available

The hotel must concern about elevator. Sometimes it doesn't work. When guest pressed the button, it was not directly response to. In my experience, I even stayed in an elevator for several minutes ONLY to wait it works. Tired and bored

During hotel-shopping for my trip to Surabaya, I couldn't find another hotel which suit my taste other than Quest Hotel Surabaya. From booking, checking-in, room, service, and food, everything was exceptional! As I did not have a vehicle, the hotel always helped me to call taxi which arrives in less than a minute. Breakfast was a delicious spread and everyday the menu changes. This hotel has left me with a big smile on my face and hope it serves you well too.

I really enjoyed ataying at this hotel. The performance of staff were exceptional and overall were very friendly. The carpet in the guest areas could do with a change though as it is ineven and people might trip. Tile floors are cleaner and easier to keep clean and pest free.
