During the trip to Surabaya, the conditions for the trip were heavy rain, in Surabaya it seemed that it was also raining heavily. When I checked in, I got a room on the 21st floor, but there was a leak, so rainwater dripped into the room. Called the receptionist and was offered a room change, about half an hour to get a replacement room on the 20 floor with good conditions. in the afternoon given pieces of fruit. the view on the rooftop is nice, there is a swimming pool. You can see the atmosphere of the city of Surabaya. in the morning you will see the peaks of Mount Semeru and Mount Arjuno. there is a gym on the top floor.

Saturday morning at the pool was amazing kindness of the staff, Mr. Unggul S Mukti make everything comfy The hotel near to stategic location. Art ambience at the entire of the hotel give such a blessfull experience. Good food and all staff hospitality was amazing

I was served by Unggul at the pool. He is so friendly. The gym is superb. The sauna is good. Overall, so clean and satisfying. Our family is very happy during the visit. Especially the location of the hotel is accessible with the very large shopping center.

One of the finest in Surabaya and I prefer to stay here all the time . The Staff are just amazing and go beyond their comfort zone to make your stay memorable. The biggest is the best and I’ve always had Dian get me black coffee even without me asking. The rooms are spotless and smells really nice and clean. Overall the best money can get.
