Impeccable services from Front desk staff Yuland - she was very friendly, attentive and helpful. Noticed that we were traveling with kids in tow, assisted us with early check-in and requests for rooms away from the noisy street facing rows.
Walking distance to Grand Batam Mall and Penuin Market. Grab/Gojek can pick up from the lobby too with ease. Toilet shower area was a bit small and dated-could do with a bit of sprucing though.
Great service overall nonetheless.

I wanted to be near Grand Mall Batam and I am very glad to secure 1 room with a solid extra bed $25 Sing inclusive of breakfast per night. The staffs hospitality is superb, and I did not a welcome fruit platter with welcoming message card..It felt just like top notch hotels with a very affordable price.

Location is just few minutes walk to grand Batam mall and no need to cross the busy road . Have been staying for 5 nights , it's a wonderful experience, I especially liked the breakfast spread offered by the hotel, their bee Hoon not oily and tasty, fried rice similar of my grandma home cook, their sambal belado is also very nice, crossaints and pastries are baked flecky and have a mild scent of buttery taste . Even their in room food menu also have quite a variety and also tasty. Water pressure for shower is good and good thing is, I no need to adjust here and there juz to get the right water temperature. Bed is comfy and just right, not too soft. Though it's a three star hotel but the staffs are very friendly and helpful, check in is a breeze as the recept staff is speaks fluent Chinese and easy communications. And I no need to wait to get room ready. Overall good experience . 😊🌹

I stayed at this hotel over a weekend in Feb with my husband and due to the high demand, we booked a superior double room. I would have preferred something bigger. However, although the room was small and a little dated, it was clean and very comfortable. Everything worked fine! The bathrooom was really quite small but then again, how much time does one spend in the bathroom? I liked that we had the view of the city where we could check on traffic conditions (can get very hard to cross the road!), even familiarised ourselves with the route to BCC mall just across the road. It took us about 7mins but do be careful when crossing the road.
The hotel is just next to Batam's newest mall, Grand Batam Mall, about 3mins walk and no major roads to cross. Phew! We enjoyed our time there, shopping and having our meals. Nagoya was just an 8-min cab ride away and Harbourbay too was around 10-min cab ride away.
Breakfast was simple but enough variety. Staff were all very pleasant and friendly. Overall it was a pleasant stay and it didn't cost much!

We stayed 2 rooms x 2 nites. No connecting rooms for us. Rooms given were high floors and facing inside, can see sea from far away.
Hotel is located 3-5 mins walk to Grand Batam mall and 5-8 mins walk to A2/BCS Mall. Very good location. Grab from Batam centre ferry to hotel is 37,000rp.
Rooms are nice and new. Safe, mini fridge, kettle, 2 bottles of water are provided. Beds are comfortable and we slept well throughout the night. Very quiet. Wifi is very strong. Many tv channels with cable channels.
All staff are very polite and friendly. Breakfast with few varieties with slow replenishment. They have an egg station and bread/pastries section. But overall is ok, good enough to fill our stomach with the room rate we pay.
Overall we enjoy staying in this hotel and will definitely return. Recommended.

Overall the stay was ok, check in smooth and quick. Staff friendly, room clean though a lil dusty, air condition unit is controllable, bed ok, a lil odour on pillow can bring febreeze spray nxt time, good nite sleep thats very important. I would like to feedback only on the TV because the channels were so boring not many choice, the picture shown was blury and unclear. Fyi, if its raining the tv channels would be disrupted, therefore no tv channels. Wifi was very good so i just watch my phone instead of TV.

A reasonable quality hotel. Pro: good friendly staff, check in quite fast, they ask for deposit 200k IDR tho room fully paid, aircon in room quite gd, good water pressure for bath, good water heater, tv w a wide variety of channels, reasonable quality of breakfast for the price of hotel stay,
Cons: taxi at e lobby a bit on a high side, doorman seems to work together w taxi drivers, room a bit small but for short stay ok,
A few hotels around the area are also fighting for e same group of tourists.

Not sure about the shuttle bus to Kepri Mall.
The hotel is 600m from BCS mall. Very walkable distance for myself, takes around 10 minutes. 15 minutes if you walk slower.
