Fadhil, Dafi, Deden & Bosley was outstanding. They are the true gems of why we would recommend One of A Kind. Dafi was around when we checked in and also when we checked out, he made sure that our requests were met and we are truly amazed by his professionalism and great hospitality. Service was impeccably excellent, hospitality team is very professional for a small size resort we did not expect to be receiving a 6 star service for the value we paid. From booking of the rooms, Bosley assisted us over the phone and promptly answered all questions we had. Deden patiently assisted us when we checked in, Fadhil and Dafi went out of the way to assist with our requests when we had to book transport to ferry terminal and check out. Even the restaurant and f&b team was always attentive and served our orders very quickly, housekeeping did a great job too when we requested for baby cot. Truly amazed by the wonderful people you have! Stay here if you are looking for great service, huge villas, well kept private pools 💯

We had booked the Aqua Room, which had a plunge pool and shallow sea area for paddle-boarding (which was loaned to us on a complimentary basis). It was a clean accommodation, and very comfortable. The sea view was also invigorating - it was the highlight of the accommodation. The resort itself was very quiet; it made us feel like we were the only occupants. We also had lunch and dinner at the restaurants (with food from Azura and Ocean House) and the food was delicious. The downside of this was that this was a rather secluded accommodation with limited facilities / food options and it took about an hour from the ferry terminal to reach the accommodation by car. Wifi was also stable; we would recommend this for a quick getaway from a bustling city life.

It was considered a pleasant stay. It's a Newly built resort in Trikora, Bintan. Each villa comes with a bedroom, living room, spacious bathroom and a tiny private pool in each villa. The only thing bothered us was there were alot of insects, mosquitoes all around. It was impossible to dine in the prepared outside dining area.

Booked Villa isle Room is Unique and great experience. All room in the Villa Isle Garden View has a Small Private Pool.
Restaurants serves a lot of Food Variety at an affordable price.
Place is like Modern Kampong with Great Uniqueness. Yes there are unwanted Insects and Mosquitoes. But they provide Modern Insect Repel like a plug to use it. No issue with my stay. The sea view from the beach is nice and the sea quality is Clear water can see small fishes swimming.
The Villa room is Unique double decker room. Personel small Pool Jacuzzi Bath Tub Electronic auto toilet
The Staffs are Great. Will come again . This time will try the ocean view villa.

The place is far from all areas whether you want to go somewhere to buy or just stroll around. First issue, the sink was clogged same goes for the shower which we have to clean ourselves as there is so much hair on the floor trap that while showering water stagnated. Second the food is so so also, want to try the food as we expected something good, had the ayam penyet and it’s just dry fried chicken. Lastly is the massage, receptionist helped us to book the massage, upon arriving to the massage place, was told we should book direct to them next time as its cost cheaper, saw the price and realize hotel charge up extra 300k. We gave the feedback the hotel staff and was told because they are 3rd party and we should book direct to them. To others planning to book this hotel please think twice. Ps. Bicycle is free but is useless, need alot of maintenance. We had 4 bicycle and only one descent with 1/2 of the break not working also.

Thoroughly enjoyed our 3night stay here! Although the area is pretty far from the main attractions in Lagoi (1h+ drive away) with nothing in the vicinity apart from some snack shops and eateries (which still require a car booking for the 5-10min drive), the serenity of the resort and service of the staff made up for it! Even prior to my arrival, they responded to my numerous queries via WhatsApp promptly, even late into the night. They helped arrange transport and accommodated all our small requests during our stay (e.g., housekeeping delivering extra toiletries and water, F&B team heating up our breakfast waffles and giving us ice and syrup to DIY our own iced coffees😂, etc.). It’s the small things that count! Will definitely come back to visit but will take note to plan our transport, meals, and activities more carefully to maximise our trips out of the resort since there’s not much food/activities in and around the resort.
Shoutout to Dedon and Ranti, though I did not manage to get the names of the rest of the helpful F&B team😊🙏🏼

Unique villa architecture and private dipping pool. Staff were friendly and accommodating. Some minor cons are that location is a little far, and facilities can be unreliable. For example they have a bathtub but there wasn’t enough hot water to fill it up. Room was clean and bed was comfy though, but do keep your windows closed as Bintan being bintan there will be bugs haha.

Our family stayed at the resort over the weekend for 2 nites. Thought we booked 2 villa Isla with 4 rooms but it turned out we booked 4 villas! The rooms were spacious and clean. We enjoyed the individual private pools which was perfect for me to do my Aqua exercises each mornings. Not to mention each room upstairs also came with a bathtub!
All the staff from reception to security were friendly and attentive. We booked the BBQ dinner and they set up our dinner at the gardens and it was beautiful. Suggest more attention should be given to the quality of the food though as the prawns and corn were not fresh and the jar of fresh milk at breakfast was sour...
Special thanks to friendly Mr Fadhi| from reception who has taken care of our reservations and transport before the trip, helping to resolve our booking amendments. Overall although the resort is not big but it was a beautiful and cozy place for a short gateway:

Instagrammable and Affordable Staycation in Trikora beach definitely in One of A Kind Resort. It's very clean, private and comfortable with A shaped at Villa Isla with private pool. The food are awesome and great customer service from Khadafi and Intan. Only 45 minutes from Tanjung Pinang Airport. Thank you One of A Kind Resort for great hospitality.
