Absolutely loved our stay here, stayed in Villa Presidential & Isla too. Mozzie plug ins were provided - we brought our own candles as skeptics 😅. We tried SUP - but the monsoon waves made it tough. Breakfast spread was yums - fried rice, noodles, waffles! Food ordered through room service was yums too. Recommended to book land trf through hotel - ~450K IDR. Staff service was excellent: Intan, Ratih, Dika, Andi & more! Even security helped us cross the road! Thank you 😊 If you're looking for a calm & peaceful vibe, HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!

Stayed in the ocean front villa. Pros: - great view - clean room - comfy beds - great temperature control - big toilet - modern decor, special architecture - friendly and responsive staff (Intan and Rantih), waiters were nice - food is tasty and reasonably priced - sunrise view from our villa - in room massage available Cons: - Pool by the sea was full of bugs. - Takes around an hour to get from the ferry terminal - Many flying ants managed to get into the room despite all doors being closed. Staff tried to resolve the issue but we requested to switch rooms.

Nice villa to accommodate family of 4. The staff are friendly and helpful. The place is nice. Each villa has its own mini pool. The master toilet is huge with a bathtub. The bed is comfy. Note that the bed on first floor is a sofa bed. Clean and this resort is quite new.

Thoroughly enjoyed our 3night stay here! Although the area is pretty far from the main attractions in Lagoi (1h+ drive away) with nothing in the vicinity apart from some snack shops and eateries (which still require a car booking for the 5-10min drive), the serenity of the resort and service of the staff made up for it! Even prior to my arrival, they responded to my numerous queries via WhatsApp promptly, even late into the night. They helped arrange transport and accommodated all our small requests during our stay (e.g., housekeeping delivering extra toiletries and water, F&B team heating up our breakfast waffles and giving us ice and syrup to DIY our own iced coffees😂, etc.). It’s the small things that count! Will definitely come back to visit but will take note to plan our transport, meals, and activities more carefully to maximise our trips out of the resort since there’s not much food/activities in and around the resort. Unique villa architecture and private dipping pool. Staff were friendly and accommodating. Some minor cons are that location is a little far, and facilities can be unreliable. For example they have a bathtub but there wasn’t enough hot water to fill it up. Room was clean and bed was comfy though, but do keep your windows closed as Bintan being bintan there will be bugs haha.

Upon seeing there is no bad reviews. I thought this trip would be at least a pleasant one. But I was wrong… I have booked here for 2 nights and i will not recommend this resort to anyone. First of all, I’m writing this right now in my villa room 15, I am waiting for my drinks which I have ordered 2 hours ago and already paid for at the ocean restaurant after our dinner there. Having seen the restaurant packed with diners, I felt we were nice enough to give them 1 hour for delivery before we called the restaurant to chase. In total I have called the ocean restaurant 3 times and twice to the front desk. 1st time - they ask what we order. 2nd time - the drinks is on the way to us (waited another 30 mins) 3rd -5th time - they ask what I would like to order ? The drinks finally came after 2 hours plus later. Why was there even a need for me to call 5 times to clarify the order, which I had already PAID FOR. In addition, I ordered a grilled salmon for lunch at the Azura restaurant. Salmon came cooked on the surface, BUT RAW & FREEZING COLD in the middle. Staff came to refire the salmon and no apology was made. Villa is aesthetically pleasing, bedroom on upper level was great. BUT, the “living room” on the 1st floor, was infested with critters. Door frame filled with wood splinters. Discrepancy between the upper level and lower level was beyond reason. FYI, this is only my 1st night. 1 more night to go.…

We had booked the Aqua Room, which had a plunge pool and shallow sea area for paddle-boarding (which was loaned to us on a complimentary basis). It was a clean accommodation, and very comfortable. The sea view was also invigorating - it was the highlight of the accommodation. The resort itself was very quiet; it made us feel like we were the only occupants. We also had lunch and dinner at the restaurants (with food from Azura and Ocean House) and the food was delicious. The downside of this was that this was a rather secluded accommodation with limited facilities / food options and it took about an hour from the ferry terminal to reach the accommodation by car. Wifi was also stable; we would recommend this for a quick getaway from a bustling city life.

Enjoyed 5 nights in this quiet resort . Clean. Fresh fruits at meals - a daily treat. Spacious green lawn for walks and outdoors exercise. The 18 m long pool is a wonderful relaxing welcome after a business trip/meeting in town.
