Really nice place for a diving vacation. The dive staff is excellent. We did three dives a day, usually two that were wall dives at Bunaken National Park in the morning, and an afternoon dive at a "house reef" closer to the resort. (Or a muck dive looking for tiny critters -- not a reef.) Unlike other dive resorts where...

When we arrived, we met Dan, the resort manager. In his understatedly British way, he said that Tasik Ria is quirky. If you like quirky, you'll love it here. We like quirky. The rooms were clean and COLD! A great combo. And, we had our young son with us, so the separated room setup allowed him a place to sleep...

We first visited the resort in 2010 and were really impressed with their services. Reason why we went back this year and they did not disappoint. Consistently good, friendly and attentive service makes this one excellent dive destination. Resort facilities are lovely, nice pool area, spa with great massage options and excellent food. Meals are now mostly served in the...

The best thing at the hotel was the service. The seaview room that we stayed in was very spacious and had an outdoor shower. We liked it but you could see that it was prepared in a rush as there were no mirrors or safety box, actually, we were told we were the first guests to stay there. On the...

First things first, the diving in this area is outstanding and Tasik Divers took us to some amazing dive spots. If you are used to more luxurious resorts and dive operations you might come down to earth a bit here. The pool and spa are really nice but the rooms, other parts of the resort, the dive boat etc are...

I stayed at the resort on a dive trip in the area. The resort is a little run down, some parts are being renovated. The rooms are basic but comfortable, and the staff have always been vey pleasant and attentive. This is not a luxury resort, but you will feel well taken care of.

We decided to stay at Tasik Ria in order to relax after an intensive 10 day dive trip to Bunaken. We were attracted by the pool and the potential of just chilling out, reading and generally doing nothing. We booked a sea view bungalow and were pleased with the facilities it provided. It was well furnished, had a large comfortable...

I had an excellent time, it's a great resort and has all that you could ever need for a great dive holiday. I had not been to Manado for around 6 years and so going back I knew about the quality of the dive sites at Bunaken and Manado Tor but not the best resort to stay in - one...
