The room was clean but very old fashioned, the design and architecture was very weird too. I couldn't believe they gave us almost torn-out towels that I guessed they had been used for 10 years. The staff was helpful and friendly, the breakfast was good enough. Location was convienient to walk around, just need to be careful with the pavements...

Luckily i stayed only for 1 night at this hotel. The area was so secluded, and better you have your dinner outside before you go to the hotel, as no restaurant you can find nearby. Room was okay, though you can not say comfortable. The most annoying thing that if you need to connect to internet, the wifi is so...

Decided to stay two nights in Sakura after read all the good review. It was actually not that good. 1. We stayed at 4th floor. No wifi at our room. So we hang out at the lobby. 2. The pillow is so not comfortable. Ask for extra pillow or you'll have neck pain the next morning. They did not charge...

Everything was good and perfect - location, service, staff and quality of sleep - except the breakfast. Breakfast was not variety, served with same dish and menu everyday from day 1 I stay to day 4. But overall this hotel was good to stay. I stay with my wife and family.

Arrived having emailed them direct and through booking.com, they'd replied to neither to see if we could get the shuttle from the railway, so had to becak it instead. Then they had no knowledge of our booking at reception, but sorted that, upgraded us, nice, had to pay in advance, unusual! Staff were friendly and wanted to be helpful but...

Good location in Medan. Close enough to amenities yet not in the centre of it. Hotel is quiet, rooms are great (I was upgraded so can only comment on that). Wifi was good and stable, amenities adequate. Room service did a good job of cleaning room and bathroom. Complimentary bottled water (important for Medan !) Hotel staff were pleasant. Breakfast...
