First Accor group hotel in Medan and they have a good room even in old building but they renovated very well. like their spa and swimming pool as well. overall, good service and nice atmosphere. One of the best hotel in Medan.

The hotel belongs to Accor group and changes its name recently to Grand Mercure. Location: near (but not walking distance) to Centre Point Mall which is just opposite the train station going to KNO airport. The hotel provides a shuttle going to the mall at certain times. Stayed here for 5 days for a wedding . The hotel is undergoing new management and renovation. Despite the fact the hospitality was outstanding. The staffs, supervisors and managers team went above and beyond to cater for my requests.
