1. The receptionist demanded 40000 IDR on top of what we had already paid and wouldn't let us in until we pay. No reason for this was given. We couldn't go anywhere as it was 10pm and we were really tired. 2. We were placed in a room different from the one we paid for. We had to ask to provide us with the proper room. 3. Both rooms that we saw were extremely dirty and smelly. The first room had dirty sheets and hair all over them. The second room had the same issues + the bathroom was peed all over and the smell from that was just awful! The price is very tempting, but don't make the same mistake we made (choosing this place).
