I was stayed at this hotel just for a night during this month. When I was check-In, the TV and AC doesn’t work. I have to go to the reception to get help and finally the staff came and turn on the AC by manually. It can be worst of my night. I can’t sleep all night. The AC were very loud of noise and you can turn it off by the remote. They also have music so loud during the night until late 3:00 AM. Everything in the room are nothing is work properly. I’m not gonna stay at this hotel again. They were plenty choices of hotel in the city that you can stay with.

Fast check in Air conditioner inside room is very cool But when I want to plug in my cellphone adaptor charging , many ants suddenly coming forme small hole I call reception for handle it Then, when open drawer ,it's broken , Hope the management can fix everything Thank u

Bidari hotel is really a poor hotel where one can not sleep because of mosquitoes and air conditioners not working. Breakfast was also no good, no varieties and nothing for vegetarian people except bread or toasts and cornflakes. There were no blankets in room and in spite of informing at reception, no one paid any heed. I will myself never stay and will not advise anyone to stay here. it was all poor in taste.

The hotel has a great swimingpool in the middle of the place, that gives a peaceful atmosphere. Nice staff and great location (the hotel is situated not far from the main mall of Mataram, and many other facilities). Thanks to Mr Richard for his hospitality

No blanket, cold shower, mosque around the corner and bad breakfast. It's cheap but a certain quality should be minimum? Staff was really nice, but all I wanted was a normal night sleep! Not sure, but if you spent a few extra € you van have a normal night.

I have to stay one night in Mataram yesterday night. My driver bring me to the hotel Bidari. For the first time, i didn't ask to check the room before pay it. That was a mistake, the room was not really clean ( light, wall, hangings, ...) and the smell of the badroom was not very fresh. The wifi was not good, even at the reception and the breakfast was really poor ... It looks like this hotel is more for local people than foreigners ... When you see it from outside, it looks very nice. I have to say i only see the standard room, i can't speak about the other rooms. I want to say too that the staff at the reception was very polite and friendly. ( I have some pics from the dirty room but i don't want post it here, you can ask me if you want check) I think for that price (175 000 Rp), it's really possible to find better room in Mataram. Standard fan is basic, that's normal, but at least, it must be clean !…

Aside from the location there isn't much nice about this place. They are clearly focused on the Indonesian market and not for foreigners. From the breakfast buffet that consisted of white rice and deep fried fish heads to the well-used ashtrays in the rooms, public areas and lobby. I grabbed this place as I was sick, wanted something close to the mall and had internet. Once checked in, the wifi stopped working. When I approached the desk staff about this, they said it's not possible. They asked if maybe my computer didn't work. Nice pool though.

Arrived in Mataram late at night with no where to stay and saw this place which looked nice from the road so we thought we would give it a go. They have standard,superior and deluxe rooms and a restaurant downstairs which also serves breakfast which is included in the room rate. This consists of a pancake or a basic rice meal so nothing to get excited about. The deluxe rooms were okay but were full so we had to take one of the standard rooms which was a big mistake. The room was disgusting to put it honestly. The ceilings and walls were black with mould and nicotine stains and the whole place had a serious mosquito problem. While we were there the toilet blocked flooding the bathroom and after telling the owners they came and unblocked it by taking the whole toilet off the wall and empting the rest of the contents onto the bathroom floor as well which was less than ideal. I got the impression they did this quite often. Good points with it were free Wifi and the location of the hotel just across the road from Mataram Mall which has a good variety of eating and transport options. So if you are really stuck give it a go but in no way would I recommend this hotel for a nice stay.…
