I stayed several days there and moved to three different rooms (checked out and come back again). the price is good for the location and overall the place is spacious and sleek.. tho, I found cockroaches in one of the room. which is horrible!
I have been stayed in the hotel for more than 5 nights in here, so far the hotel has a good hospitalities breakfast is good also. The hotel located in the city centre and between shophouses, and quietly nice not noisy even the hotel has no pool or such a cool sightseeing but I still have good sleep in it with huge room.
The Mataram Square Hotel is centrally located and perfect if you need to meet clients, as they have meeting facilities. It's a good option to the high end hotels, as the facilities are modern and convenient. There is a large parking area and rooms are comfortable and spacious. The staff is attentive and service oriented

Aircon was also working perfectly, which was just what we needed after an exhausting Gili trip the previous day and a quite demanding hike to the waterfalls earlier during the day. Breakfast was average with limited variety but of acceptable quality. The staff were also vigilant by calling us on the evening we were supposed to check in to ensure that we were coming.…
