您好，我是李志英 ，。i use to stay at this hotel, and this is the real review from me I checked in at 13 sep till 27 September, everything is perfect, the front office are super friendly, the guest relations officer her name is mba nohan , she is the best guest relations officer that's I have aver meet , the chef cooked every meal is perfect, the room are wide and bathrooms are so clean, the wifi are super fast, and definitely will recommend to everyone to stay they had large packing lots and a good security in did , for sure this is my favorite hotel to stay at lombok island, and for sure I will throw money at this hotel again ,best regard from anissa lee and husband

***UPDATED*** I reviewed this hotel 3 years ago before COVID-19 struck the world so I had no idea what to expect on my return. My original review is still the most accurate description. What can I say about staying here…The staff is friendly and accommodating (I am always greeted by Windy who is one of the best specialists there). The food is delicious and well prepared. My room was clean and well maintained. I had transport anywhere I needed to go through the services provided through Pak Noel and NY Trans tours in the lobby of the hotel. The spa is great and very professional and all of the staff (especially Tian) does a great job helping you to feel your best. I was even greater by the new head of Customer Relations, MellyBaiq…who has done an outstanding job with the entire hotel’s customer service care. If you are heading to Lombok, Golden Palace will do their best to meet all of your travel needs. I called the hotel Perfect before and that rating still stands…this is the PERFECT place to stay!!!!!…

Regularly stay at Golden Palace when down to Lombok for buisness. Staff are great and so friendly Rooms are cleans and comfortable. Roof top is a great place to see the sunset and relax. Recomend if need to be close to Mataram.
