Quite place for stay. Free car park. Strong wify. Minimalist room but clean, bathroom have hot & cold water available Breakfast very good and also their black coffee. Breakfast available at 6.30am. Staffs very friendly.

Great expeeience here, near many attractive place and mall, the room is tidy, comfort, and clean. The lobby is too small but its enough to meet up with relation, wifi is not covering all room, the breakfast is not bad at all. Great value hotel in lombok

Pros: Room is small and clean. Restaurants and mall are all within walking distance. Hotel staffs are friendly and helpful, especially helping us to contact with our local tour guide during our stay. Cons: Wifi is not strong in room. No window. Limited choice for breakfast. Could hardly speak English with them. Asked for not having room cleaning, but the room is cleaned when we returned.

Friendly staff, comfortable bed and great shower. A good transit stop for a night. Close to shops and restaurants. Staff helped get taxi to airport. Was able to check in an hour early. Wifi wasn't great. No window in the room.

Location at downtown Mataram, Mataram Mall is about 20 minutes away on foot, room is small but cozy, staff very friendly, thanks to the young man [unfortunately, i didn't ask his name] who has helped me rent a motorbike......

All room have no window. Small room but goog air conditioner. Breakfast so-so. Mataram shoping Mall (300m from hotel) have KFC, McDonald and several restaurants. This hotel fit for short term travelers.

We only stayed at the hotel for one night. We were positively surprised about the good location, the hotel provided. It only took us a few minutes to reach the Mataram mall. The room had an agreeable size, but provided no window. Moreover, the floors of the room and the entire bathroom were pretty dirty. It made the impression that only the bed sheets had been changed. Additionally, the wifi connection was so weak that it didn't reach our room. Thereby, we had to go to the hotel lobby in order to get internet. The thing I liked the most was the shower.

Located near market and malls, hotel is small yet sleep quality is good. Breakfast option is average. Only drawback is the location of restaurant which is located at ground floor and salesman keep on disturbing from roadside and sometimes entering inside restaurant to sell stuffs.

Hotel was ok only. Breakfast was very limited to only bread and jam, butter, chocolate with tea/coffee. What made me unhappy was that the staff allowed or collaborated with tour agents touts that convinced me to take a private transfer to gilis with them promising me a private boat transfer but ended up being boarded to the public boat.

Nice enough staff, good location and a modern room. The breakfast was really bad, and allowed to be interrupted by t-shirt salesmen, the air conditioning was like a warm breeze and all in all we expected better for the money.
