With that cheap price, it is really worth trying. I stayed in this hotel for 2 nights last September. The room is not too spacious, indeed, but it is comfortable. They provide shower with hot water. They also provide brekafast every morning, although it is just a simple one, but it is quite tasty. They also provide various instant coffee, but you need to buy it. The staffs are friendly. The only minus thing was that this hotel doesn't provide elevator, but the room boy is willing to help you bring your cases upstairs.

Don't expect much for the price. We arrived at around 830pm and will be checking out at 10am the next day. Small room just enough space for a night without unpacking too much. Good powerful shower. Comes with light breakfast. Friendly staff. Decent bed. Good for a night of layover. Value for money.

The hotel is perfectly suitable for all business traveler the room is extremely clean, compact and cozy. and of course the price is inexpensive. the location also great.... near from everything... you can reach places of interest in lombok in just minutes.. i visit lombok twice a month... and Amaia is the place to return.

I stayed at Amaia hotel in January 2016. The room was super clean & nicely decorated. I had a lot of errands to run in Mataram, and this hotel was the perfect base for the night. It is a 5 minute walk to Mataram Mall and surrounding eateries. I would definitely stay here again and recommend it for those passing through Lombok.

This hotel is located in the business centre of Mataram, it's good, it's cheap, it's worth the money. The hotel is clean. They even clean up my room everyday, which makes me happy. The AC and hot water works well, the wifi speed is great! I got all i need as a low budget traveller.

The hotel is looks like combination of ibis and amaris style, clean, tidy and minimalis. The room neither small or large, it's just fit and wide enough for us to relax. The door used magnetic card, hot water, flat tv and good AC. Breakfast is available at front desk served in unique/traditional packages. For 250 thousand rupiah per night, amaia is well recommended compared to other similar hotel like Maktal, Crown and Palapa where more expensive and old.

I was visiting this hotel few times in the past 6 month . As you lombok growing so fast ...since I'm back from Australia . But not many clean comfortable hotel around . Amaia is central of mataram / cakranegara , very close to the shopping area and culinary if you love eating out only 10 mnt walk to the main road . The staff very friendly and so helpful . The rooms is very clean and the bed woowww so comfortable made me sleep like a baby and the price what you got I think it's worth it and including breakfast too . And very high recommend hotel .

This hotel is a very affordable one. Rates are very low. Rooms are very clean, wifi are strong, linens are clean and comfortable. Only the stairs are a bit scary. But overall it has a good value for money. I had a great sleep in this hotel. stayed here for 3 nights.
