Basic room, pretty spacious. We enjoyed sitting outside at the terrace at night, after our kid fell asleep. Lots of space all around for kids to play, all green with fruit trees and flowers. Nice pool 5 minutes away. Very basic breakfast and dinner, too basic, maybe. We went to find peace and quiet, old style Kibbutz atmosphere - and...

The last time I was there was in the 70's when they were just starting to do the kibbutz trips, there was one pool and Qonset huts to sleep. Had to do Kitchen duty also. The people were wonderful and us kids at the time had a fabulous fabulous time even picking pears and peaches. Mashabei Sade was the best...

We've been there for 2 nights, a big group with many kids. The place is OK, but the price is outrages regarding the value. Lots and lots of flies. Breakfast is very very basic. A bit of vegetables salad and a bit of cheese. A bit of butter and Margarine(!) and low-quality jam. Dinner was embarrassing with regard to its...

This resort, located at ways junction on the entrance to the Negev Highland desert area is really an oasis and an excellent place for a base to search the area. Nice clean rooms, which were formally used as the Kibbutz members' houses. Well equipped. Regular rich Israeli breakfast. Very friendly staff. A very nice place to stay. WE recommend.

I've been part of a travel gents group. This is a Kibbutz, with all that entails. The rooms are spacious, air conditioning. There is coffee and tea in the rooms. Mini fridge and TV. The bed uncomfortably and not wide as well as pillows. Dining room just a few minutes' walk. There is nothing special.

Kibbutz Mashabei Sade is located about half an hour south of Beer Sheva and about two hours from Jerusalem. It is more like a guest house and you'll stay in houses that used to serve the members of the kibbutz in earlier days, so the rooms are kind of basic. There is a swimming pool and a small grocery shop....

We were 3 families including 6 young children, staying for 2 nights. We asked for a late checkout. Zvika from the reception told us categorically that we MUST LEAVE AT 11:00 SHARP!!! It was one of the hottest days, so we asked if we could keep at least on of the rooms for another couple of hours. The answer was...

The guest house at Kibbutz Mashabei Sadei is not akin to the Ritz Carlton, but if you are considering it then you already understand what it means to stay at a kibbutz. That said, this place was fabulous. My family stayed here for eight days and used it as a base for traveling round the northern region of the Negev...

We stayed a night here as part of a tour of Israel. It’s a large kibbutz with apparently lots going on, though we hardly saw any of the residents during our stay. Compared to another kibbutz we stayed at, this accommodation was very large, but rather basic. There was an outdoor seating area outside the front door. I don’t believe...
