Interesting mix of positive and negative reviews here. My experience? The hotel is modern, the rooms are comfortable and big enough, the bed was very comfortable. the WiFI is fantastically fast, the view from my room (I was given a free upgrade to a high floor) was spectacular. Reception staff are helpful. Breakfast was plentiful with lots of options. I also had the in-house dinner buffet, which, at 150NIS, is NOT worth the money: it was an overpriced selection of very boring food. About Be'er Sheva: to be honest, it's not that interesting. I went to visit the Commonwealth War Cemetery. If you go, be sure which see the film offering they have. The film is interesting but the technology of the theatre itself is very surprising.

Very poor cleanliness in the public areas (we took the stairs instead of elevator and were shocked at the filth there). Room was spacious, bathroom seemed clean but the carpet was dirty (in room as well as hallway) and its change was long overdue. The area outside the hotel was also unpleasant. We stayed during the weekend which usually means breakfast is less promising, but the food was looking tired, the food area was messy and unclean, and the bread was hard and extremely far from fresh. The staff were very helpful and quick to reply and bring requested items to our room. Our overall experience was bad.

My group stayed in Leonardo negev hotel in Beersheba. The staff there were impeccable. Eyal, Tyl, Natalye treated us with passion and kindness. I definitely recommend all groups to stay here. This is what hospitality is all about.

I have never written a bad review before. However, this hotel has earned the distinction. The hotel is worn out and filthy. The front desk staff is both inattentive and rude. The weekend guests at the hotel are loud, and pushy. They throw their garbage everywhere; Halls, elevators and anywhere they are. Appears to be easier than using a garbage can. When housekeeping actually shows up, about 1/2 of the time, their cleaning leaves much to be desired. The only reason to stay there, is currently there is no other choice in Beer Sheva. I think I would drive from far away then stay there again.

This hotel is disgusting ! Extremely run down, dirty and uncomfortable. The restaurant had poor service there were panels fallen off the walls and just left. Plates weren’t cleared. We were ignored. The bedroom was horrible. Bathroom rusty and dirty. Hallways filthy with threadbare patched carpet.

Sooooo dirty. Literally like walking through a garbage dump. Especially the pool area. Was physically nauseous at times it was so dirty. Why the hotel manager can’t hire a couple of more people to go around and clean is beyond me. A shame. Because the food was great and Afnan, the dining room Manager was exceptional in service and graciousness.

We were greeted by Olga who was very kind & helpful. The room was large, the bed large & comfortable..the bathroom also spacious.. The room has a safe & frig & pretty much whatever you need... We had an issue with the room we were given & Iyad came immediately, helping us to change rooms, bringing us soft drinks & water & just being very kind, lovely & respectful. The breakfast was plentiful & all you need for the morning.... Even the cafe afuch (strong as I asked for) was good, which is unusual in a hotel.

Worse hotel I have ever been in! Good to know a one rating signifies "TERRIBLE". Other words come to mine but I will refrain. My room's floor was horrible to begin with and was never vacuum'd the entire time I was there. (definitely bring house shoes - you'll thank me!) My room chair was stained every way imaginable (use of a hotel towel hid the grossness). Their chairs in the lobby and back area were not any better - felt like they were out of the 80s and stained as well (did not help with first impressions). What they show on their website is not even close to what you'll get. Must have been business class rooms on the upper floors the website showed to lure me in. Never again!
