My Hubby and I celebrated my 70 birthday in Ein Gedi. Just the two of us, for two nights. We came by public transportation from Nahariya to Ein Gedi via Jerusalem. Tired and hot we walked into the cool lobby. Smiles of welcome awaited us. Our unit was ready, explanation given and keys were handed. We walked across the lawn...

The hotel is nice but the spa is unbelievable. The Dead Sea, the mud, the pool. I was in heaven. I spent one hour floating in the Dead Sea something dreams are made of. If your in Israel you must come here it's not that far. It's worth the time and the travel.

Been here many times before and feel that the breakfast has definitely gone downhill. Hot food were all cold - no excuse for that. Fruit selection was very poor with lots of tinned rather than fresh. Where was the melon ?? Management please note im a real guest who has visited many times before and feel you need to raise...

The place is very nice with beautifull vegetation. We got a superior room for the standart price. This room was very nice wirh a modern shower. The price is quit expensiv. 240 Dollar is tooooo mutch. The dinner-room is like in the Kibbuzim at the 1980es. Not sexy!!!! Not nice. The food also. 100 Dollar to much!!!

We just stayed here for our third visit. We like it for several reasons: Its location – it’s in a great location for visiting Masada, the Dead Sea swimming, and walking in the Ein Gedi Nature Reserve. The setting – the rooms are in a botanical park with big trees and an amazing variety of green and flowering plants. If...

If you like desert environments, then Ein Gedi is the place to stay. The rooms are attached single story units located in the "botanical garden." Simply appointed but clean and with good air conditioning. Stunning desert views. A nice place to stay compared to the large hotels on the Dead Sea and 15-20 minutes by car from Masada. You'll probably...

Spent one night here and enjoyed the restaurant and pool. Breakfast is grandiose, with everything imaginable. The rooms were very comfortable. Free parking, breakfast and wifi. We stayed here so as to climb Masada the next morning at 4:30 am.......a must! Floating in the Dead Sea is also a not to miss experience.

We've stayed in the hotel last week for 1 night. Couple of days after booking a deluxe room, we get a call saying we were upgraded freely to a mini suite. Yey! \o/ We decided to go there although the price was crazy, thinking it will be a great experience. Then we arrived... Bad points: The room can be only...

The Ein Gedi Kibbutz Hotel is a welcome change from the large cluster of hotels on the Dead Sea near Masada. The kibbutz is a 15 minute drive north of Masada and offers standard and deluxe rooms. There are accommodations for couples as well as for families. The grounds are lovely with a nature walk throughout the area. Our standard...
