Loads of issues. First room they gave me had mold. Took a long time to switch rooms, then the second room stunk of cigarette smoke. The furniture had stains, the shower didn’t drain and I saw multiple roaches in the lobby. They replaced the bars of soap every day, for no reason. They left empty tissue box in the bathroom despite me asking twice to have it replaced. Upon checkin the front desk told me they were having a special deal for breakfast each morning at 30% off, but each time I went down to breakfast they would charge me full price and I would have to have a 5 minute argument about the price. They called me crazy and expected me to remember the name of the woman who told me about the deal like I was trying to rip them off. After two tries, I gave up and started getting breakfast at the cafe across the street. I don’t expect much as I am a business traveler - a clean room and decent food. They could deliver on neither.…

I was in the hotel during the month for 1 night , even so I had a great welcome from the receptionist Ramy. By offering me a hot welcome drink. He explained to me about the B2 card and why I shouldn't throw it away( thankful I didn't) . The hotel upgraded me to a room with a balcony with a city view, I loved it . Because it was on the highest floor , you could see the whole city from room, and I loved how the mirror itself was the TV in room.

Everything was great! We stayed for 2 nights and the staff did everything possible to ensure that we had an excellent time. The room was very nice with a great ocean view. The spa and pool were wonderful and we enjoyed sitting out by the pool deck and reading while looking out to the beach. The access to the beach was great. The food was also excellent as well. Thank you for a wonderful vacation.

i had a blast! the room was spotless and cleaned regularly, and the view was beautiful. i went to the lobby bar every night and the bartender, Sulaiman, gave us great service and was very attentive! i will come again with my boyfriend soon!

The Daniel Herliya Hotel was outstanding. I spoke at a conference that was held at this hotel. The meeting rooms were very well set up. The staff had prepared my personal room with a fruit basket prior to arrival. Every person on the Daniel team was friendly and helpful. It is my 4th time being in Israel on business but was the best. Also, I left my suit jacket at the hotel and the staff worked with me to find it and then return it to me in the US. The views of the ocean and beach at this hotel were beautiful. I highly recommend it to anyone and give it my highest rating.
