After staying at a big hotel resort for several days, we were looking for a change of pace and this was perfect. The owners are friendly. Our room was clean, the bed was comfortable. The help yourself breakfast area was limited, but similar to what you would get in hotel chains that offer free limited breakfast. What was different was...

I can't speak to the 'inn' part of the property, but the dining is amazing. My mother and I had the golden snapper with pasta and chow chow, and it was just spectacular. My brother had the chicken fried chicken and special macaroni, and my Thanksgiving casserole will never please him again. The wait staff was very friendly, and the...

My best friend and I went to visit Carlsbad Caverns over the 4th of July weekend. We were staying for 2 nights. The bed part was fine. Plenty of pillows and the decor was nice but...I found a bug in the bed which made my skin crawl. I didn't tell my friend or she would have never slept in the...

The Adobe Rose has the potential to be an excellent little B&B, but it needs some TLC to get there. Maintenance was lacking -- we turned on the ceiling fan, but quickly turned it off as the blades knocked against the fixture. We only had 1 towel, wifi didn't work, and a half-eaten apple was in one of the dresser...

Breakfast was continental but our stay overall was good. Megan was very helpful & nice; my grandson even played with her kids. Very clean, nicely decorated room and common area. like the other person said here she was easy to reach. Did not try the restaurant but I understand it is very good.

I went here with my husband. The food was delicious and our waitress was awesome. In my eyes she went way above and beyond to make our meal enjoyable. They had food that you normally don't find in this area. Also the dinning area was clean and spacious. They also have a nice patio area that you can eat at...

I had the good fortune to stay many times here and Megan always took amazing care of us. This is like staying with a good family friend with all the perks of a very nice hotel. It really is the only place to stay if you are lucky enough to secure one of the four rooms. This would be a...

We stayed at the Adobe Rose for two nights while visiting southern New Mexico. It was very comfortable and clean. Breakfast is serve-yourself, with typical continental style choices in a cozy common area. Megan does not live onsite, but gave us a good tour with instructions when we arrived and is easily reached by cell phone. Artesia is a great choice...

Our 3 generation ladies group spent the night at Megan's gracious accommodations while traveling between Carlsbad Caverns and Santa Fe. The room was very well sized for the three of us, very, very clean, and the common space and breakfast wonderful to have the following morning. We could not have been happier with our stay.

Our family of four needed a place to stay after visiting Carlsbad Caverns, as we were on a Spring Break road trip through New Mexico. Artesia ended up being a great, conveniently located place to spend a night, and we were optimistic about the Adobe Rose Inn after seeing all the great reviews on Trip Advisor. The room was beautifully...
