I stayed here for three nights as part of a group tour. It's a beautiful place, very friendly and staff helpful. On the whole thought it was very good. Pros: Pre dinner liquors (Different each night), well fed, amazing caves beneath the building, Lovely courtyard to hang out in and enjoy drinks. Cons:, Curfew of 10:30pm!, not very powerful showers,... More

The rooms here are basic. Bed and bath. Wi-Fi available, food is excellent, roof top patio at night is one of the most beautiful sights. The rooms are spotless and the entire place is quiet, peaceful and the personnel are always ready to help.

We were greeted warmly by the General Manager, Allah; and shown to our simple, very clean and adequate rooms. Meals were simple, but delicious and nourishing. The location directly across from the entrance to the Basilica of the Annunciation was perfect. Sr. Margaret's narration of the archaeolgy beneath the building was an added bonus.

Staying for 1 night is not enough to rate this hotel but I am sure coming back when I visit Nazareth again. Climb up to the 3rd floor and go out to the balcony to see the old city and all the other structures behind, on top of the hills and imagine the time when it was only hills, shepherds... More

Staying at this guesthouse is stepping back intime to enjoy a very simply furnished, nondecorated room with just the basics of a bed, shelves, and a schooldesk. Bathroom is spotless with a nice sized shower. Meals are exceedingly plain without even pepper on the table to add any zest. The house and tomb of Joseph in the cave under the... More

One of the highlights of our trip to Nazareth was a visit to the archeological finds in the basement. There are two sets, one an ancient water cistern with two stone cut tombs nearby. The second one has a first century cave house, that must have been important as it was built over by the Byzantines and later rebuilt by... More

I stayed there for three nights with my 76 years old mother. Being in a guesthouse of the Sisters of Nazareth is like being in a world that is totally separate from the hustle and bustle of the "outside" Nazareth. The convent's overall facilities are very spacious and they were used in the past for the local Catholic school. The... More

Beginning of October we spent here two nights, and we loved it - the very nice sisters; the fantastic neighborhood; the amazing building; the impressive patio; the very good view from the roof. This place is really peaceful and beautiful.

The room is clean with air con, it was quiet and I was fortunate to be on the top floor with an amazing view of the church of the Annunciation. The bed was supremely creeky. The food was very enjoyable with soup and a main plus fruit for tea. I would definitely stay again

I stayed here for two nights during our tour of the north of Israel. We paid US$55/person. This convent is located less than 5 minutes walk from the Church of the Ascension. The compound is big and the courtyard is a pleasant place to be in. One thing I noticed was that people walk in and out all the time... More
