This hotel is located in Nof hagalil (Nazareth ilia).
We stayed during Passover 2021 and the hotel was very clean and welcoming.

It seems that the hotel was upgraded during COVID-19 or sometimes earlier because the rooms looked new. That was a big advantage.

The pool was closed as it was too cold so we hop to come again during the summer.

Average hotel. Spent 3 nights here. Very good pool but for some reason lacking adequate shade. The food was plentiful, tasty and with enough variety to satisfy (almost) all tastes. The hotel staff were very, very friendly and helpful. Check-in with a smile.

Hotel is renovated, room was big and clean, furniture were in a good condition.
Location is average, near an old neighrborhood, not in a walking distance to the old city, car is needed.
Food was OK ,because of many groups the dining room was not open and they used a big heated tent.
Value for the money is good.

if I could I had rated it 3.5 stars..

We advise anyone who wants to stay at this hotel not to use Hotels.com to book their room. We were meeting family at the hotel. We booked our room first, and the others booked their room a week or so later. The web site only offered us the option of paying at the site. It also claimed to offer a price guarantee. During the course of our stay, we discovered that others in my family had booked identical rooms but pair literally hundreds of shekels less using Booking.com and Expedia.com. When I called Hotel.com to ask for a refund, I was told that I was not eligible for the price guarantee because I did not pay in advance (this was not an option offered by the web site when I booked), and even if I did, I would have had to ask for a refund before I checked in. This was dishonest, in my opinion. The hotel was otherwise so-so.

I was there for a conference. Bedroom was large and clean, bed was large and pretty comfortable. Food was kosher, buffet - style and plentiful and we found it to be average to good, less amazing than many Israeli hotels where the food is just so delicious! Staff was polite and helpful. In a previous review, I see someone mentioned there being no little bottles of shampoo and soap etc but this didn't bother us - it seems to be part of a general ecological world trend to save on waste and pollution. There was coffee, tea and a kettle in the room. From the 9th floor, we had a lovely view. The room had curtains that could black out the light from outside and a TV with a number of cable channels and good wifi service.
The toilets on the 2nd floor where our conference took place, were not clean and we preferred to go to the room. This is why I gave "average" for cleanliness - rooms and ensuite loos very clean, public toilets in the hotel under average.
If you are arranging any kind of event requiring sound equipment, I'd suggest you check and double check and get commitments in writing in advance - the sound equipment supplied by the hotel (or through the hotel) for the conference I participated in, did not work properly for lectures or the entertainment in the evening.
I didn't have time to check out the fitness centre so can't comment.
Nazareth is a vibrant city with a fascinating mix of Arab Muslims, Arab Christians and Jews. Every step is steeped in history, and there's a colourful market.
We were there this week, when Jews are celebrating the Festival of Lights, Chanuka, so in the lobby, there were chanukiot (candleabras) for the Jews to light and the decorated Christmas tree up right next to them as Christmas festivities in Nazareth start tomorrow. So the lobby was bright and festive.

There's great potential here, but this place seems to be on a serious austerity plan. We had delightful meals there, but except for breakfast there was nothing to drink but water. No soap, shampoo, or coffee pot in the room, which except for the redolence of smoke and the tiny tv, was large and luxurious. I'd go back, but this time with a teapot, a computer with DVD, and my own handcream.

Great hotel with wonderful surrounding. Nearby place to goto Nazareth Village. Love the bath tub in each room. Nearby grocery shop to get whatever needed. Food available with some fruits available. Would be better with additional fruits.

Stayed there with a group that did a Christian pilgrimage . The rooms need updating, carpet worn and pillows not comfy . Location is very good. The food was very good and tasty with a vast selection varying from cold cuts to oatmeal, omelettes and regional food. Yes food gets high rating!
