I was a guest but I saw their dining room very large. They can cater as far as I can see no problem 80plus guests but I have no idea of price.

From Ben Gurion probably Sherut or bus to Netanya station and then 7 minute taxi to the hotel . As far as I know same for most hotels near the beaches.
I hired a car-in the end cheaper.
