Detailed Reviews
My husband and I spent 3 nights here in late January. Despite some stormy weather, it was a complete pleasure. The sea and coastline views are awe-inspiring, ams even more dramatic with storm clouds and wind-whipped waves crashing into the beach below. Even on the 20th floor and with all windows and doors out to our huge balcony closed, we could still enjoy the sounds of the surf.
We were upgraded to a 1-bedroom suite with the possibility of adding a second bedroom. It was spacious, spotlessly clean, comfortably furnished and with walls of glass to enjoy the beautiful views. Unfortunately, the winter storm prevented us from taking advantage of our massive balcony, plenty big for table to seat six plus room to spare. The free internet was reliable and reasonably fast. TVs in the living room and bedroom with decent selection of channels. The kitchen area was reasonably well equipped except for dishes, which I gather can be provided upon request and for a fee. We had just 2 coffee cups and saucers plus 2 wine glasses, and had to borrow a corkscrew. But the refrigerator was of good size, there was a microwave plus cooktop, coffee maker, water cooker with tea and instant coffee supplies provided. There were 2 bathrooms in our suite, well lit, with big mirrors, good water pressure and ample hot water. Fluffy robes and plenty of towels plus a hair dryer were provided. Nice shampoos and shower gel.
As much as we loved our suite and the views, the highlight was the hotel's wonderful, friendly, professional and accommodating staff. Every single employee we encountered, from various clerks at reception to the woman in the breakfast room was kind, friendly, welcoming and impeccably service oriented. Whoever hires, trains and motivates staff at this property deserves a lot of credit. I've seldom experienced this level of service from every employee of a property.
Will we return? You bet! We're not even home yet, but have already recommended it to some family who will be traveling this summer.

I have stayed at the Island Suites Hotel now on 2 separate occasions. One for 2 weeks and one for a couple of days. This place is in a wonderful location, has a really nice pool, and great service. The rooms are spacious and have balconies that overlook the beach. I enjoyed having the mini kitchen within the hotel room but also the opportunity to eat in the dining area for all meals. The rooms were cleaned everyday and it was easy to obtain additional towels/sheets if needed. The hotel is also on top of a couple different restaurants that are great to eat at and a short walk into town.

It's been a while since I've felt moved to review a hotel but Island Suites in Neyanya was such a good experience that I would like to share it.
We visit Netanya frequently but our usual HomeAway property was not free for a last minute booking. Island Suites promised beaitiful views and a comfortable large room. They delivered on both. The Mediterranean views up and down the Israel coastline were awesome and inspiring. The room was large and comfortable with
plenty of natural light from the high and wide windows. I aporeciated having goid bedside lamps, two televisions, fast wifi, and a spacious bathroom with walk-in shower. Two bathrooms to be precise.
It was winter and while Israeli winter is mild by northern Europe standards, it was good to have heat operated by a remote control. Our room was an upgrade: the frontdesk staff told me that they always try to upgrade guests when possible.
The breakfast buffet had a good selection including delicious shakshouka and friendly service. In fact all the staff was welcoming, helpful and friendly. Eitan, the front office manager, and Frieda, a reception clerk were kind, professional and helpful I'll be happy to stay here again.

We took meticulous time to choose our stay for the first night in Israel and we hit a grand slam! It is very difficult to find a 2 bedroom/ 2 bath option at this high quality. The bathrooms offered the perfect amount of amenities and the shower felt so nice. The Wi-Fi for our remote work requirements were so perfect that we were even able to be on the balcony and work while looking at the magnificent sea.

The worst hotel I have ever been to in terms of service. If you are looking for a place to sleep on your wedding day this is not the place !!!
How they treat us was shameful! I asked for a bride and groom room - they did not give.
The receptionist was so not nice that I could not believe it. There was no trace of a bride and groom room, the smell in the room was so pungent with sweat that it was not fun to be in it.
I did not get a bar stool and a mirror for the room (and it is clear to a brides who’s getting married) after I asked more than 10 times !!!! So my hair stylist could not continue to do my hair between 9:00 am to 1:00 (!!!!) just ruined my day, made me be in the most disgusting situation, so unpleasant, disgusting energies: the highlight was that a friend sent Me chocolate for the room and I did not get it, they of course lied to her that it is constantly in the fridge and it is just a complete lie because we stored things there and there was nothing, even when I told the manager what happened he just told me it was my problem !! There is not even “congratulations” . Literally. Do not take this place. The view is very beautiful but the anger you will get is simply not worth the energies certainly not on the wedding day you only need good vibes.

I had booked this hotel for the night of my wedding and the night before, and booked the duplex suite on floor 26 (not to mention we paid the inflated prices of 7k NIS for these nights) - and to say I’m disappointed is an understatement.
For 3,000NIS a night you’d expect something wow, but the room was dirty, the leather on the sofa all worn off (not great for pics and sitting on), and bathrooms were dirty.
The worst part was….. the air conditioning wasn’t working, it was blowing hot air! After speaking to reception they told us it would be fixed in the morning, which it was but in 36 degree heat it was awful. We never got an apology or anything!
The staff were tired and overworked as apparently they had fired a load earlier on in the week.
The breakfast …… no words, just awful! Terrible selection, no table service for tea and coffee, and the food in the buffet was tired and stale.
The day of the wedding ….. no air conditioning in the lobby, just awful and melting! The staff were fanning themselves!
After traveling around the world and staying in many hotels, this was basic and I genuinely feel like I’ve been robbed after spending so much money and not even being offered compensation - really such a shame, especially when we’re in a time when we need to support local businesses.

The size and cleanliness of the room was lovely. The balcony breeze was delightful and the breakfasts were delicious and satiating and the staff were so helpful and friendly. When the shower holder needed repair the repairman appeared immediately and did a perfect job.

We chose the hotel because it's a suites hotel and the location seemed good.
We were very pleased with the hotel.
The suites are comfortable. Location is very good: facing the sea and right on the beautiful beach promenade.we liked the beautiful balconies with the view!
The food was good and service excellent.
The only problem was with the elevators: not enough of them so it was a long wait...

Start with the positive: if you get a balcony facing the ocean, it’s a great view. I wish I could say more nice things, but my wife and I did not have a great stay here. The photos do not match the room, as all the furniture is worn down and scuffed. The safe didn’t work properly and couldn’t be fixed. Food was not good, and the elevators were always incredibly slow. The value was definitely off- it was very expensive and did not meet the expectation. However, what really made this a poor experience was the staff- we decided to leave early and wanted to know if we would get a partial refund for the days we we had paid for in advance but weren’t going to use. Apparently only the manager had this information, and for 5 straight days the manager was unavailable. Every time I called, they promised they would tell the manager, and each day I called back they seemed to have no record of my previous conversations. Incredibly frustrating experience, and fairly representative of how subpar I thought the service was. Would not recommend staying here.

Greetings
We stayed at the hotel for a night (a couple plus 3) on a half board basis and encountered a series of malfunctions and events that are not reasonable for a hotel of such a rating and cost.
1. Delay in entry
2. A room not suitable for a family
3. Dinner was moved to an outside restaurant instead of the hotel
4. Knocks on the door and noises of carts at night
5. Pool in the morning opens only at 10, check out at 11... and a lifeguard who doesn't arrive on time while all the guests are waiting.
6. Reception staff not particularly helpful.
In conclusion: The service experience was lacking, indicating a managerial and service problem at a level I have not encountered before in any hotel in Israel or abroad.

Is it pet friendly
Or you can take a Sherut (Shared taxi) from outside the arrivals terminal at Ben Gurion. They are cheaper than taking a regular taxi. Due to a 5 hour delay on UNITED (UGH) I arrived late night on a Shabbat and was able to get one to Haifa for what the gas would have cost for my friend to pick me up. (110 Shekels) Just make sure it's a sherut....and you will have to stop at other drop off locations depending on who is sharing the ride with you.
