A venue with so much potential is a severe letdown. We had 4 rooms... three smelt terrible. The mould and aging of the bathrooms meant that showering was not a pleasant experience, despite great water pressure. The bed linen smelt. Individually family members said that they couldn't wear the same pyjamas anywhere else before laundering... Some of the towels looked...

Apart from the view, the fast elevators, and the good water pressure from the shower, these studio apartments are way past their sell by date. Although the furnishings were ok and the bed was comfortable ( business class room), the bathroom taps and shower area were full of limescale and mouldy in parts. Needs an overhaul. Love the view from the Windows, the Mediterranean Sea ,surfers , close to beach, quiet ,friendly, buses to the center, friendship city with Stavanger. Israel, the only democratic country in Middle East ,has a lot for tourists, historic, the people, the nature, and all the nice flowers, fruits, the marketplaces, museums, and much more, every one should visit Israel!

The hotel has apartments that vary is size and sea view. It is about 1.5 km from the center. Mine was dirty run down and could not replace it with another one. The service was very poor and it was almost impossible to find the manager. There is no front desk. The only plus is the free parking.

Room 320, was disgusting, the future should be in a garbage bin and this 320 unit should be renovated 10 years ago. The owner should be ashamed to rent it out for people. No pillows, no hair dryer, just a gorgeous view. I'll be sending her my bills from massage therapy and a chiropractor after they will fix my back...

Booked room for 20/04/2016. No key on arrival even though we confirmed on the Sunday before arrival. Spent 4 hours trying to contact owner no luck. Seems to be used as a unsavoury meeting place. Non refundable policy indicates bad business practices. Had to find an alternative hotel between 2-5 am.

Stayed 3 nights on business - chosen because many other hotels with fully booked with nearby exhibitions. The location is very good - stunning views along the beach, and about 15 mins walk along the seafront into the recently renovated town centre. Check-In was at a small office near the entrance. It worked well for me, but opening times are...

We came to Carmel to spend 2 nights and found out we came to the worst place ever! The rooms are being rented to kids for parties till 5 am and the owners care about nothing... Don't go there! It's dirty and scary... The bed was itchy and unclean, the air conditioning made a noise and the business suite was...
