With a tour group stayed at this hotel our first night. The rooms were filthy. Bugs in corners, floors not vacuumed, shower head full of crud, to the point it's not even used. The staff was nice, the food was decent, they just need to do a better jobs cleaning and maintaining the rooms

best location in town, nice view, easy access. The room needed some work, but nothing to lose your sleep over. Fine breakfast, nice staff. Right by the beach, close to the downtown area, fine area to walk around.

Just opposite the beach and close to the shopping and restaurant area, the hotel is conveniently located. Breakfast was OK, but the rolls could have been fresher. Room had a good size and was comfortable with a nice little balcony overlooking the sea. However, the hotel lacks charme and athmosphere.

Very disapointed by this Hotel I used to visit a few years ago. Standard rooms are terrible except the view! When I complained I was told the poor state of the room was due to customers' negligence not hotel! A total lack of professionalism from the part of the staff. Besides the hotel is a building site. Building materials all...

We recently spent 3 nights at this hotel with our 4 kids. The staff were very helpful and attentive. The rooms were clean and comfortable ,even with 3 of us in 1 room. The rooms have a balcony overlooking the sea and are truly pleasant to sit on,especially at sunset. The pool is in shade from 2pm but the water...

For once I was traveling with my wife and three of my kids. We had two connecting rooms (one double and one triple) with a sea view and small balconies. The rooms were of a decent size, clean and well maintained. All rooms have a sea view. Breakfast was the typical Israeli hotel spread; limitless supplies of salads, fish, cheese,...

The hotel is currently undergoing a facelift (outside). No complaints about construction-noice. Breakfast and dinner (buffet) are very good, When I told the staff I was a vegetarian they served specially made food. The hotel is well placed for the bustling HaAtzmaut square (5min walk) and the lovely promenade, beaches, restaurants and cafes. The room was quiet, spacious and the...

The hotel is well placed for the bustling HaAtzmaut square (5min walk) and the lovely promenade & beaches. the room was in need of sprucing up, it hadn't appeared to have been redecorated for a number of years. the food was OK, but not outstanding by Israeli standards. Our biggest complaint was that there is building work going on at...
