This is the hotel to go to when visiting Netanya! Though one may have some issues with other Leonardo hotels, this establishment is a jewel. The most two most vital and crucial things I look for in a hotel is cleanliness and comfort and this hotel surpassed my high expectations with flying colors. In addition, the staff was super friendly. One of the highlights in visiting an Israeli hotel is the breakfast and here the food was fresh, tasty and plentiful. The hotel is only a few feet from the promenade where you can find many restaurants to eat and is a two minute walk close to the beach. Have a great trip- we did!!

From when we walked into the lobby Noa who was at the front desk was all smiles, very welcoming and so helpful ! Sigal the manager was very accommodating and so generous by making sure all of our needs were met. Gust the bartender was approachable and kind by helping me open our wine bottle we had purchased and making sure we partook in having the snacks that were complimentary ! The room service cleaners did a great job making sure we had what we needed for our stay. All of the employees that we interacted with where so warm, kind and just wanted to accommodate us! The location of this hotel is terrific too! We would definitely come stay here again in the future ! I highly recommend it !

So glad we stayed here. The staff was so friendly and helpful during the entire stay. The location and rooms are very nice but the service was like nothing I’ve experienced in Israel. In the past, I haven’t experienced good service in Israel (visited more than 10 times). They offered us so much more than what was available and made sure our stay was great. Thank you!

Excellent hotel. Friendly and accommodating staff. Brought my family to Israel for a bar mitzvah and had a blast. The room is large, and a beautiful view of the Mediterranean. Beautiful lobby, and the location of the hotel was perfect.

Best service ever! Hotel manager Sigal was absolutely incredible and made sure all of our needs are met right away. Kind and courteous stuff in all hotel positions. I recommend all to stay in this hotel if you’re in Netanya. Truly amazing experience

Arrived at hotel 6.30 a.m. Asked if possible to get into my room earlier and told to have breakfast then come back to reception. I did that and was given my room. I had a very late departure from the hotel the day I was flying out of Israel and without even asking was offered the room for as long as needed. I was very grateful for this. Hotel is kept clean at all times and staff very polite. Breakfast is usual Israeli style and very adequate. I must highly praise Yaron on reception who looked after me extremely well. Have stayed here many times and will return. Location is excellent.

We were a group of 9 people who arrived at the Leonardo Plaza hotel on Sunday 16th of October 2022. As we should book in, the reseptionist didn’t find our booking, and would have payed deposit for at least 24 hours. It was frustrating. Finally arrived the female manager, and she knew very well that we all had booked and payed. As a compensation for the trouble we got at reception and in booking, we got 7 days free access to the hotels excellent lounge where we were offered good snacks, food and beverages. Thank you so much to the generous manager and to the other staff at this nice and central hotel🌹🇳🇴🇮🇱

Hotel is near the Atzmaut Sq, and in close proximity to the sea/boardwalk. Rooms are cozy, clean, beds are comfortable. Personnel was amazing - friendly, accommodating, going above and beyond. Everybody who works either in a lobby or at the restaurant will make your stay comfortable, and will treat you like a favorite family member. Miss them already! Breakfast was included and it was very good.

I selected this property after reading many reviews of Netanya hotels. Hotels in Israel tend to be quite expensive and I decided I prefer to pay more this weekend for a nice hotel than somewhat less for an average or below average property. Breakfast was included in the rate Upon arrival reception accomodated my request for a quiet room as the hotel faces Independence Square that tends to be be Noisy. The room was exceptionally clean and spacious especially for Israel. Room was well appointed with all the necessary amenities. The hotel had a gym and pool although we were advised the pool was not operational but gym was. In the end we just relaxed in the room and didn't use the gym. Hotel is very well located on the beachfront and main square and we found a nice restaurant " The Scottsman" close-by. Customer service was good especially Precy who brought extra coffee/cream when requested…

Nice clean hotel, good size room , nice pool , gym, breakfast was good staff friendly and good position for the beach, shops , restaurants etc , would definitely stay hear again , unfortunately Isreal has become very expensive but this hotel had everything we needed at a reasonable price 👍
