Our guide, Mimi Oppenheimer Melman, arranged for our stay at this wonderful B & B. The rooms are lavish. Every detail,is thought of. Wine, corkscrew and glasses. Assorted luxurious bath products, robes, slippers, book to read, goodies in the fridge. The scenery is spectacular. Our host and hostess couldn't do enough for us. They asked us to join them for...

For our 25th wedding anniversary celebration we had the great fortune to arrive to 1885 B&B in our favorite romantic site in Israel, which is Rosh Pina. We stayed for "only" 3 nights and we enjoyed every minute of our stay. The warm, kind and generous hospitality of Maayan and Gil is absolutely outstanding. The lovely suite room that includes...

Quaint and authentic, the arches at the entrance inside our bedroom made for a perfect romantic setting. The wood floors, raised platform for the jacuzzi and curtained windows added to the extraordinary atmosphere. This 100+ year old house created a magical feeling.

Very friendly, yet totally non-intrusive, hosts. We chose the 'mountain view' room. Nice room, clean, large jacuzzi, comfortable firm mattress, slippers, toweling robes, nespresso coffee, drinks and small snacks provided. Breakfast was tasteful and elegant. Perfect

We spent two wonderful nights and it was an amazing vacation. Our room has a jacuzzi with nice smelling soaps and bubble bath. We had a little garden outside our room and were served the most delicious breakfast there too. Gil and Maayan who are the owners could not have been any nicer or more accommodating. We loved our time...

We arrived to Rosh Pina exhausted from a fourteen hour plane flight from Africa, grumpy and hungry. All our miseries started to fade as soon as we met Maayan. She is beyond gracious! We opened the door to our room and were amazed by the beauty and spaciousness of our room. There was a lovely chocolate cake, a bottle of...

We stayed at 1885 Suites for 2 nights in November 2012 and wish we could have stayed longer. Just when you think everything is perfection, it keeps getting better and better! Maayan is the most wonderful host and its her warmth and genuine care for her guests' needs and wants that makes you feel so welcome. Add to that all...

We spent a magical romantic weekend at Gil & Maayan's "1885 Suits" and would very much like to recommend the awesome experience. The 3 Suits are beautifully set in an old stone house, modernly equipped, thoughtfully detailed, and filled with the genuine soul, hospitality and generosity of its owners- Maayan & Gil. From home-made cake and cookies to a real...

We stayed at 1885 on October 3rd, 2012. The owner, Mayan, is a sweet woman with an amazing sense of hospitality. We had 3 rooms and arrived after dark. She welcomed us with complimentary fruit, wine, premium drinks (vodka and brandy), water and a home made chocolate cake! I felt we had just arrived at our aunt's house! The rooms...
