The decoration is such that you feel in a little french manor. Add to it the good taste of the music and good service and you start feeling you don't want to leave. Warning: you have to go up quite a few stairs (or walk) and you definitely need a car if you want to also visit the historic sites,...

On a hill above Rosh Pina there's Safed (צפת), and Villa Galilee. The view is gorgeous and the establishment is just beautiful; the building facade, the interior, the room. There are plenty of stairs towards the Villa, and an access path for the disabled. The room itself - the deluxe room - was large and had a sweet view to...

we were invited to eat dinner at this hotel by friends who were staying there. It is an extremely pretty place although a long climb up to the front door - many stairs or a very long circling way. the public rooms and dining room are very pretty, and the atmosphere in the dining room is pleasant with good service....

One of the nicest coziest places I have ever experienced. The establishment is situated on Mt. Cnaan, at the outskirts of Safed, one of the 4 Holy Cities in the Holy Land. The scenery from the location is breathtaking with a grand vista of Mt. Miron, Israel's highest mountain. The ground is surrounded by a beautiful garden with a great...

The hotel is cute, but needs improvement in a number of areas. It is overpriced for what it provides. The receptionist is in charge of both reception and the Bar. The food is average at best for dinner. Breakfast was ok but not on the scale of most other upscale hotels. The tv's in the room were not always working well....

When we got to Villa Galilee the place felt very lonely, maybe because it's off season or maybe it's because that's how it is. I booked a single room and my friend went for family room because they brought their baby. When i got into my room is was small, VERY COLD and i could hear the wind whispering. I...

The exterior of the hotel is beautiful and it situated in the heart of Tzvat. However, as you arrive, you have to wheel all of your luggage up a giant hill and then take an elevator to the main lobby. Beyond that, the pool that had been promised to us was apparently closed during the winter season, but no one...

We spent two nights recently, in March 2015. As this low season, there are few employees, and each one has many jobs, for example, staffing the front desk and serving in the restaurant at the same time. We were upgraded to a deluxe room which was a nice size and very pleasant. We found the staff and the owners very...

I arrived in the hotel with my family for a two-nights stay. We chose this hotel as we thought it was a boutique hotel. We made a reservation for a superior room, and were excited to start our family holiday. However, as we arrived at the hotel, we had great disappointment. There was no parking space and we had to...

We came to celebrate my birthday for a long weekend of 2 nights at "Villa" Galilee. As there is no sufficient parking lot at the hotel for all his guests, we had to park outside far away from it. After climbing 50 stairs at the entrance of the hotel we had reached the reception. No one was there. After 15...

I am really sorry to hear that this is the description of the facts. Our guest complained regarding the fish dish on Friday evening and he was refunded on the full amount of the dinner. Our guest had expectations and demands to be refunded much more than that.
