It is truly amusing from this unknown person to write such untrue and distorded comments about our beautifl place and who can not provide us with his name and a receipt of his stay for us to check if he was here. He must of ommited to read our outstanding 30+ review and the great compliments we have been having...

A very interesting and welcoming place to stay. The property has been extensively refurbished whilst retaining all the charm and character of the 1,000 year old building. Our only disappointment was that we could not view the entire property - but the rooms were occupied! Another time to see the original mamaluk foundations and well. The owner provided such a...

While staying at the Palacio Domain Luxury Boutique Hotel, it felt as though we were invited guests of Jean Ives. Our reservation was upgraded upon arrival to a beautiful, comfortable room. When we came down for breakfast in the morning the table was set for us and delicious foods were presented. Our egg orders were taken and were made to...

Elegant, Edwardian decor; gracious 17 room boutique hotel, built 1/2 millennium ago, during Mamaluk period; old stone former residence of governor of Galilee district. Lovely Israeli breakfast included....U won't need lunch! Extremely personal attention & caring by the owner-proprietor, Jean Yves, a talented artist, w works on walls, always charmingly available. A definitely unique, elegant venue.....memorable, happily! 4Plus, unreserved recommendation!...

Even for those who do not subscribe to kabbalah and mysticism, Safed is an unusual place on top of a beautiful mountain, surrounded by prestine nature. The real gem in these surroundings is in the Artists Colony area and carries the aristocratic name: "Palacio Domain Luxury Boutique Hotel". To find out what is in that name, you enter a large...

(Writing from Israel)... no need to trek to a villa on the Italian Riviera or a château in Provence for something "extra-special" for a romantic vacation. The "Honeymoon Suite" (one of their mid-priced rooms) was one of the finest hotel rooms I have ever stayed in. Agree with all other comments below.

Very nice quiet place in an usual place. Safed/ Tsfat is the center of the Kabbalah movement. It's small and some say mystical. It's not that easy to get to. It's great for a day trip. If you are staying overnight. This is a perfect Inn/ place to have a glass of wine and mediate .

This is a beautiful B&B, serving the freshest selection of breakfast foods ever eaten. Very comfortable beds and some rooms even have a balcony from which to enjoy the beautiful Provence-like views.
