I booked this apartment for a weekend in September 2020. A week before our trip was set, Tiberias was listed as a red city based on Coronavirus cases. Upon learning that, we contacted the owner who yelled at us and told us that he wouldn't cancel our reservation. He then went ahead and charged us in that moment, a total ethical violation, considering that when we booked it, we put that we would be paying when we get there. The only reason we found out was that we had a charge we didn't recognize on our card. The owner was completely unprofessional and the service was terrible! Find another option in Tiberias, there are plenty where you would be treated with a lot more decency than here.

A really superb apartment perfectly located for an evening stroll into the bustling neighbourhood nearby (yet far enough away not to be noise disturbed). The free adjacent parking is a bonus. The owner went out of his way to accommodate our check-in time that changed 3 times (by me). Very clean, spacious and comfortable. Also secure. The outside looks a little worn and unappealing but hey-ho - what building doesn't in Israel?

I have stayed in many places in Tiberias before and this one is by far the best value for money. A modern interior with more than you need for great stay right by the Sea. Shops are on your doorstep. Lots of equipment and stoarge too.

We had this rental for 2 nights, and the check in time is from 2-8, which wasn't a problem, but on the drive from Jerusalem to Tiberias, I realized I had forgotten Anti anxiety medication at our hotel in Jerusalem. I really did not have a choice to not return for it I would not be able to not have it for the rest of the trip as my withdraw symptoms come fast. I messaged the owner at 530 pm to tell him he would be a little late and explained why. He said sorry check in ends at 8! We were 20 minutes late for check in and he refused to let us stay there, nor answer our calls. I thought maybe he would at least let us have the second night there... no he charged us our full amount of 2 nights, and would not answer calls or let us stay a night. I understand there were rules in place, but there was no compassion. So if you are 100% sure you can make it to check in between 2-8 then it probably is a good place! If not, don't expect any favors.…

Stayed for 3 nights as we ventured out from Tiberias. Comfortable and cozy and the owner was hospitable. Coffee machine was excellent and extra capsules provided each day. Clean and tidy and worth staying.

My stay was very very comfortable! Getting settled was a bit of a hassle due to the apartment not having a guest reception area, poor international phone service from my phone, and a language barrier. However, once I made contact with Dani and got all the paperwork figured out, I had a very pleasant stay. It was quiet, peaceful, and a great location for travelers like me who are on foot. The bus terminal was conveniently close as well as the waterfront at the sea of Galilee. The room was very clean and their was a nice kitchenette to use as well.

Brilliant central location and Dani (the owner) has been fantastic. We arrived earlier than expected but he welcomed us and took us straight to our room. The apartment is clean, strong AC, hot water and comfy bed. I couldn’t have asked for more. Thanks Dani for a great stay.

We've booked this apartment online and should've been able to pay with credit card there. But as soon as we get there, he tried to put pressure on us and said we should leave if we didn't cancel the reservation and we should pay cash because he didn't have the Credit card maschine. We refused and finally he offered us a new price and we should cancel the online reservation and pay cash. I talked to a couple, who experienced the same thing as we do and the owner even tread them with police but that was just a bluff. He even told them not to take drink water to much. I have to put pressure on him to give me the payment receipt. He finally sended to me, in hebrew..better than nothing. Stay away from this Place.

We stayed here for 2 days while traveling around the Sea of Galilee. The apartments are conveniently located to downtown and the waterfront, and the Central bus station. The rooms are comfortable and clean. There is also free wifi, which worked just fine.

We looked for a reasonable place at a fair price to sleep after a family event that ended late at night. From the outside the place may seem a bit neglected but the rooms themselves are large, comfortable and clean. The apartments are located a short walk from the center of Tiberias. There is a kitchenette with kitchenware Danny, the owner was gracious All in all, it was a good surprise
