We stayed for 2 nights in mid-January, 2023. From our first interaction with the front desk staff, we knew we'd found an excellent place. They even upgraded us (unrequested) to a fancier room as they had availability. The breakfast was excellent and the room was stylish and comfortable. The spa and hot-tub were a nice extra. Gated parking was very convenient and safe. Many of the most-visited sites of interest are minutes away by car. I would gladly stay here again!

We stayed over Chanukah with our children and granddaughter for 3 nights. We were upgraded to a fabulous and spacious room with a beautiful view of the Kinneret lake, the bathroom was almost as big as the room. It was very relaxing we felt we could have been anywhere in the world. It was lovely from our balcony to hear and see all the different types of birds especially this time of year, which is the migrating season..... Also the fact that you had your own beautiful and well kept private grounds only for hotel residents. The hotel staff were all very friendly and the service was excellent. We will definitely recommend this hotel to our friends.

Beautiful contemporary hotel on the Kinneret, Very friendly and helpful reception. Huge room - we were upgraded to a panoramic room with view over the lake. Beautifully designed, comfortable king size bed, huge marble bathroom with glass shower for two. Very large pool where you could always get a chaise and a small private beach to swim in the Kinneret - a big plus! Breakfast was included - huge buffet selection and everything was delicious. A short walk into town and a few decent restaurants a short way from the hotel. Quite honestly, the hotel was the best part of Tiberias and thankfully it is located far away from the noisy, tacky tourist centre. If you want an elegant spa like get away, this is the place.

The hotel lobby is average, the rooms are very nice along with the bathrooms, the pool is very nice! It stops there, the hotel itself was dirty with trash all around pool area, lounge chairs were covered with used towels even though there no guests in pool area at 4:30 pm, two out of our six rooms had ROACHES!!!!!. The staff was cold and unpleasant and very passive, one manager and reception desk girl were outright nasty! The town itself was delapidated! I would never stay in Tiberius again! There are other hotels in surrounding areas that are much nicer !!!!! Do yourself a favor, stay away!

First the good: the hotel is situated literally up against the shore of the Sea of Galilee, giving it beautiful views from the hotel rooms, as well its own private little "beach". It has its own private parking lot (a necessity in that neighborhood!), and a very friendly staff. The rooms themselves are very clean (I even smelled the bleach in the bathroom), with soft, fluffy towels, a comfortable clean bed (and amazing pillows), and with good amenities (wonderfully fragrant L'Occitane soaps, shampoos, etc.; nice size refrigerator; Nespresso coffee machine with pods). The only thing missing from the room was a decent box of tissues. Finally, the hotel is relatively small, meaning that there isn't a crowded feel in any aspect of the hotel, from the pool to the parking lot, from the dining room to the gym. It's wonderfully quiet (even though it's a very kid- and family-friendly hotel). And now the not-so-good: this hotel prices itself into the luxury hotel bracket. As such, there is a certain level of pampering, attention, and extravagance that I would expect. And yet, despite all the nice aspects to the hotel, I didn't sense that "premium level". For example, the outdoor lounge-beds near the pool were soaking wet to the core in the morning (as though the mattresses were left on the lounges while the sprinklers were running earlier that morning). To make matters worse, they were still covered with the previous day's dirty terrycloth covers—and I'm talking about at 10am, not some ungodly early hour of the morning! I had to strip the lounge myself and seek out a staff member to give me fresh covers, which I then had to set up myself! (Um, okay sure, I guess I'll do this myself...) Another example: the bathrooms near the pool were missing toilet paper. After raising the issue with the staff and assuming it would be rectified, a subsequent visit to the same bathrooms a couple of hours later revealed that it was never taken care of. Small but significant details like this point have to happen once or twice to kill the mood, especially when you have to seek out a manager just to get a roll of toilet paper brought over. And one example that was especially disappointing: the breakfast, which was incredibly underwhelming. Even most NON-premium hotels that I've been to have had a much more exciting variety of food. In fact, this hotel chain has a more budget-level hotel (U Splash Eilat) which has a breakfast that eclipses this one by far! The choice of cereals was boring, basic, and limited; choice of salads was sparse (and if you can believe this in Israel, there was neither hummus or tehina available), as was the choice of mains (no pizza, no quiche—and no shakshuka!!?!)... even the halva was one big block of a single flavor—no variety. One pastry that I bit into was stale (as though it had been left over from the previous day—or longer), and there were little pans of fried/sautéed vegetables that were drowning in oil and tasted off. And speaking from a hotel strategy perspective: the worst part about this breakfast was that I was so unimpressed that I decided not to even check out their dinner and opted instead to go out of the hotel for dinner, even though it was something I had considered when I first got there. A real shame. And one last little, but personal, point: we made a point at check-in to mention that we were celebrating our anniversary. Every year, when celebrating at any hotel that bills itself as a luxury-level hotel, we've always gotten at least some little personal touches to help us celebrate, whether it was a fruit plate or a dessert plate or a bottle of wine, or even just a card from the manager! Here, no such personal touch, no such "let's help you celebrate". On the one hand, maybe I was expecting too much by hoping for something, but on the other hand, that should not be too much to expect from a luxury-level hotel. All in all, I think this hotel—while comfortable and beautiful—has a bit of an identity crisis. It wants to set rates as though it's a luxury hotel, but it doesn't quite know how to deliver on expectations at that level. Would I come to this hotel again? Gladly!!—but not at premium room rates. Knowing what I know now and my expectations being adjusted, I would gladly come back—but at non-luxury-level rates, because it's a beautiful, clean, comfortable hotel—but not a luxury or boutique hotel and should not be pricing itself in that category.

Prefect place for a short couple getaway, being so close to the Sea of Galilee creates a magical experience. We had the choice of hanging out in the pool (water were never too cold) or chill at the private beach. The manager of guest relations (Kim) and the rest of the staff made us feel comfortable and made the experience very personal. Whenever they could, they amplified our experience and always with a smile. We will definitely return, and much thanks to Kim !

We stayed here for two nights while touring the area. The hotel is nice and smells amazing when you walk in the lobby. Our room was ready when we arrived and the check in was easy. Our king room was spacious, clean and the bed was comfy. The TV buffered a lot but you are not there to watch tv. The breakfast buffet was good. The pool closes early so we didn;t get to enjoy it. It is noisy at night so I had to use my sound machine on my phone to block out the noises from outside that is why 4 stars.
